Very good tour, nice home but you should also incorporate what the costs will be. There is another guy here that does this as well he always talks finance at the end. Just a thought.

If they're not giving you the price then most of us probably can't afford it. 😅
Not 100% accurate. Certain things just cost more. 2x6 walls vs 2x4 walls . Plywood floors vs osb floors. Energy Star efficiency. Very few manufactures are doing what we do. There is not a set price, these are custom manufactured homes. It depends on your situation, what your income can handle and really what you're looking for. If you talking house only, not including land, it is under $100 a sq ft. You would be hard pressed to find this level of caliber house for any less. We have Homes to accommodate various incomes and budget.

Appreciate all the info and excellent walk thru. Not a fan of those doorways in the LVRM. Love the FP. I like that they did a good job designing the kitchen. Also, an island with no sink is a must for me. Glad it's available in this home. Good to know there's a choice in cabinet colors, too.

If I ever bought this home I'd wall in those living room archways. I'd wall one off and put a door so you could have a small coat/shoe closet close by the front door then I'd wall the other one off to the other side so you could have a 2nd pantry. That laundry room should have had a space for a deep freezer, big miss there and quite honestly more than likely a deal breaker for me I see no where else where it could properly go. Taller shower door would be nice. My husband is tall and often accidently slings water off his head/arms into the floor over the doors.

❤ SOLIDtaire ❤ BEST BUILT HOMES IN AMERICA! WHY would anyone want to build a site built home and be subjected to the elements when your home can be built in a controlled environment? This is a simple no brainer to me! Think of it from a roughers point of view; would you be more apt to be in a good mood, less apt to make mistakes if you were working in a controlled environment as opposed to working in the rain, snow or cold, with wet, compromised materials and equipment? The answer to this is obvious.
This home is PERFECT as is. I would probably eliminate the sink in the utility room, or have less cabinets to make room for a frezzer. I would want some floor plugs in the living room with a flush monted ceiling fan without light, eliminate all the can light, I prefer lamps. Same in the kitchen dinette, eliminate all the can lights, except the ones over the cabinets, and a hanging chandelier in the dining room.
This home is GRAND, GORGEOUS AND GIGANTIC!! LOVE IT, LOVE IT, LOVE IT! THANKS FOR THE SECOND TOUR SAM!!
"WHY would anyone want to build a site built home", well one reason might be that in fifty years a site built home will have great value if maintained. While this very large trailer will have almost no value, if it can even be lived in. There will be no return for money thrown into it.

There are creative solutions to utilize the space. They are there for structural support, is their main purpose. Few manufactures are doing 2x4 marriage line walls w/ 2' ft. ridge beams running the entire lengthof the home on each half. Basically the spine of the house. It is rare. This is a huge manufactured home. Over 2,600 sqft of living space. Thank you for your thoughts.
