The 1st one I've learned that you can cut a piece of another card bottom and tape it to the bottom on the other edge and you place the blue card in the flap and ot looks the same. Also you can show both sides of all 3 cards cause there's no cut to hide.

All three of those are going in my arsenal. It's a tie between the first two with me because I already have a number of 4 Ace tricks, but definitely adding yours as a new one! Thanks!

I needed this video two months ago when I paid $5 to an online magic shop to learn the first method. Actually I paid the $5 out of frustration. It said very clearly in the description of the trick that it required “no special gimmicks” and I was getting mad that I could not figure out how it was done. I watched the trailer for the trick about 900 times and then gave up and spent the $5 (down from $10) to learn that it absolutely requires a gimmick. When I spoke with the online customer service rep (that could have been an AI bot now that I think of it) they told me that it was not a “special” gimmick. 😂 at the time I was pissed cause that could have been another deck of cards. Now it is just funny to me and I call that download a “magician fooler” but not because of the trick, because of the wording of the description of the trick.
Great video, I had never seen the last trick before. I love quick “throw away” tricks like this. Thanks for posting this.
On another note I realized that I am complaining about spending $5 to someone that paid the absolutely insane amount of money for that dan and dave close up mat. 😂 hahaha you have excellent taste sir, those mats are the best.

Great tricks that are all going to be practiced and used! Thank-you! If I HAD to choose a favorite of the three, I'd have to choose the second one. It just seems incredibly powerful to me for how easy it is to do.

I like the 2nd one the best, easiest to learn and to remember. The 1st one is visually bizarre! Thanks!

That second one is powerful. It is one that you can even do twice and HOPE they choose the opposite color card. My girlfriend was like, "NO FRIGGIN WAY you just changed the backs of every card like that! Let me see those cards!!" She has NEVER tried to heckle me and grab the cards in the middle of the routine like that and ruin the trick for herself. Careful. This one draws out the handsy hecklers!

I have a video on my phone from Penguin Magic teaching the first trick. It’s called Close-Up Illusion by Larry Jennings. Penguin has the download available for free.

2 excellent tricks, but the one with the aces, didn't look very good. When you turn over the card that will become an ace, you can clearly see the back of another card in the video. I've tried to practice that flip and it seems impossible to do believably.
