Overly Complicated macOS RTX Gaming with TrueNAS Scale and Windows 11 VM

I finally got everything sorted out for creating an overly complicated gaming and video editing setup with TrueNAS Scale using a Windows 11 VM that has RTX Passthrough.
It took a while to figure it all out, but now that it's done, this is a beautiful and seamless setup that can be accessed anywhere in the world over TailScale.
