Thank you! I am a retired American educator. My wife and I hope to visit France after the Olympics. We plan to sell our Portland condo, invest in CDs, and then move to France. There are several significant advantages to living in France: climate, healthcare, culture, and infrastructure. Thanks again! Dean and Cindy.

Thanks for this great video. I would love any additional tips you have on renting a house. I am having great difficulty finding one, even though I have friends in the area where I hope to rent. Can you recommend a specific agency or agent, someone who could get me connected? Merci bien.

Voor Spanje heb je bv websites als Idealista en Kyero. Heb je voor Frankrijk ook iets dergelijks ? Het is zo lastig om per makelaar te zoeken. Alvast bedankt voor je antwoord!

Thank you. I’m considering renting and eventually buying a property in France. I’m Dutch Canadian and I have a European passport. Do you know if it will be difficult for me as someone who has a job in Canada?

Hi! do you mean buying a second home in France and continuing to work in Canada? Landlords often want to see a pay check..

Im a flight attendant who currently owns a house in Canada. But I have been considering France for my retirement. Renting for now, I have a lot of time off, and eventually buying an apartment or home in France when I sell my house in Canada.
