- The Horo Horo no Mi is a Paramecia-type Devil Fruit that allows the user to produce ghosts, making the user a Ghost Human (霊体人間 Reitai Ningen). It was eaten by Perona. The powers of the fruit were first demonstrated by one of Perona's ghosts spying on the Straw Hat Pirates, but it was not until much later that the fruit itself was actually named.
The major strength of the fruit, as demonstrated by Perona, is that it gives its user the ability to produce ghosts known as Hollows (ホロ Horo?) that they can control. These Hollows can come in different sizes depending on what the user desires, but they all appear as transparent, sheet-like beings with round black eyes and huge lips with a tongue usually sticking out.

Usopp: "Too bad, I've always been negative!"

Arguably an A Tier Paramecia because of how versatile her abilities are with her ghosts.
Perona is genuinely so cool. I wish she got to do more after thriller bark besides chilling with Zoro and the boy

Nonetheless it's definitely one of the strongest DF. The only persons unaffected by the negativity are depressed people. Even then, the hollows can explode violently. Excellent surveillance, intangibility (though the physical body is extremely vulnerable). Only if the user was a good fighter 🔥

Sorry, but this fruit is overrated. Haki most likely nullifies the negative ghosts. That only leaves some ghosts she can make explode, and that isn't that good.

actually in an SBS oda stated that armament haki cant hit the ghosts. It only works on elements and not intangible living creatures.

That's the thing. Negative hollow fills you with negative thoughts. And to use haki you must have will. So it's either the DF nullifies the Haki or the Haki nullifies the DF.
@@Despair331 Seems like how it'd work is that if you are prepared with Haki, you can resist the ghosts. But if one of the ghosts hits you by surprise, you'll be too depressed to use haki to nullify the effect, since it saps your willpower.
