- silverado has a 6.0 with with a small 67mm front mount running 9lbs of boost, methanol, ss3200 yank converter, blower cam
s10 has a 5.3 with a tr220 cam, ss3600 yank, stock 862 heads, tune

Thanks man. If it makes you feel any better know that this is a college neighborhood with no families, just partying young adults. A lot of crazy driving is taken place out here but everyone is forewarned about the area before moving in. @finbar93 running CPW longtubes, mandrel bent pipe to a magnaflow x pipe that goes into two DMH electric cutouts. run them open most of the time but can completely silence the truck when I close the cutouts and the exhaust runs through the large fullsize factory mufflers
@jordan08ization it's not tuned for the meth. and he's only pushing 9#s of boost along with the turbo being too small for a 6.0...best he's ran is 12.1@111

It may have already been asked... what numbers are each trucks putting down? I'm surprised the S10 hung with the SIlverado so well. The Silverado must be at least 600 crank hp, if not wheel with the turbo on a 6.0.
from a roll, not impressed at all. I'd line my 388 Blazer against that 5.3 anyday of the week.

damn that s10 is just dirty. i plan on doing a 5.3 swap in my 91 rs. its a 305 tbi 5 speed tho. its fun just slow as dog shit. so the plan is yank the drivetrain an throw a 5.3 with maybe a ms3 cam, backed by a t56. also for my 82 z, again 5.3 built with a auto an stall. love your truck its an inspiration to build mine(: Cheers!
