It would probably be hard for Apple to acquire something big. The regulatory climate in both the US and Europe is not favorable so spending tens of billions acquiring something, will raise red flags. Some say Apple could buy a gaming company but unless they make the games exclusive I don’t see how good it would be for them, they’re getting heat over Apple Pay being the only one allowed by apple to use NFC Tech for payments, imagine the heat they would get if they owned Netflix, EA or even worse Disney. It’s hard to be this powerful. They should use that money to invest more in their supply chain and to develop more innovative products in other markets.
Yea totally! They are definitely in an interesting spot, I’ve also heard that lately about buying a gaming company. Would be really interesting to see Apple do that. Looking forward to what they do either way moving forward
