RUclips pays on account of multiple factors such as view count, ad placement, video duration, etc. Please research the amount of money you get per view on youtube. It's extremely popular, has a strong background, and can generate more views than the average football game. So, based on that alone, if a company came in, then they could very likely make it far more profitable. So, a couple billion is far from unreasonable from a business standpoint.
Let's take a look into the entire MrBeast brand. This includes his merch, his 15+ different channels in different langauges, his restaurant, feastables, and anything else relating to the brand. Now, what would you value that? All of it is extremely popular and generates very good money. Arguably, he is the MOST SUCCESSFUL youtuber that has branched out into somwthing other than youtube. Also, you aren't even account for channel members, which you completely disregarded. So, I'm a bit curious to see what you think the proper evaluation is. Just because MrBeast is on youtube and the money generation is different, doesn't mean it's not worth multiple billions. Could you imagine if he started streaming and a few million people watched him? Donations and subscriptions from that alone could generate millions. Just imagine if he also streams on twitch or facebook. You greatly underestimate the value his brand has and how far he could actually go with it. Just because youtube doesn't pay a dollar per view doesn't mean that he isn't worth the billion dollars.

Ad sales works the same. You start with viewerships as a selling point to be able to work with sponsorship ect. It’s not just YT monetization. YT pay are for small fishes. When you you have viewership numbers that high, your revenue stream comes from a lot of other places. Like Casey Naistat, his videos wasn’t even monetized but his numbers made him a millionaire bc his video showed that he can make viral videos that got him hired for his professional video skill that paid high -that led to meeting various ppl, that led to something else ect and he eventually made an app that he sold for millions. Like I said, YT paid are for small fishes, tho you can make a decent salary, but ppl on MR. Beast’s level ARE BEASTIN’ ON ANOTHER. LEVEL.
Also ads you can put in his videos himself like sponsorships but he tends to promote his own businesses

Superbowl reaches a high percentage of people with potentially a higher purchasing power, Mr Beast might reach a lot of people but those are much younger and therefore are worth way less per view. Also youtube ads pay diffrently since Superbowl ads cant really be skipped and have a high production and entertainment value. RUclips ads are just way less valuable.
Mr beast said in an interview that RUclips was his whole life. Been do it since he was young, didn’t continue education to keep doing it, and loves it every step. It would have to be a stupid amount of money for him to quit something he loved and his life’s work

But when comparing the audiences, which one do you think gives the advetiser more brand recognition: Being on a super bowl break or being as a part of Mr. Beast video? Which one would you choose for your company? Yeah, that's why advetisers don't pay as much for being on a Mr Beast video. It's surprising if it's worth even 1/3 of the value. Okay here’s the actual math:
RUclips offers roughly $2.20 per 1,000 views on a channel that has at least 1,000 subs, Mr beast obviously meets that requirement.
Mr Beasts channel has 17b total views according to this so that’s roughly $37.4m in revenue but wait there’s more.
So the $2.20 per 1,000 views applies to per ad, regular TV statistics state that one commercial runs every 7 minutes. RUclips tries to stick to this but doesn’t always so keep that in mind.
A Mr Beast video is usually around let’s say an upwards of 25 minutes so he can run up to 3 ads per video.
That would make his channel alone worth $112.2m in viewership. This doesn’t include any sponsorships and brand deals which range into the several millions on their own, on top of this he runs a “business” using the channel which generates an insane amount of money.
(Any claim I made about logistics or technical information can be backed by a quick little google search).
(Also to find the original 37m you just divide 17 billion by 1,000 which is 17 million and then multiply it by 2.20 since that’s what they offer per 1,000 views.)

Yea you did the math on google ad revenue. The guy in the video is giving a hypothetical of what it would be worth if it was compared to "mainstream" content. Its a good evaluation of what his channel could command in the future when corporations realize it is better to advertise through youtube then say a random TV show or sports event.
Where did you get 2.2$ from? RUclips used to be one dollar, but recently updated from 3 - 20 $$!!! Per thousand views this depends on how many ads, with a maximum of 20$ so it's at least 3$ but probably more because he has more ads, plus, you also get money for the amount of likes.
