Now I run a e commerce retail line, all the knowledge I gathered along the way fused into one. A regular start up would need to hire atleast 4 people to do what I do naturaly.
Its almost like you could use Epsteins Range book to understand different sectors in your fields of interest, and then apply Robert Greene's Mastery book on the one area you really want to explore deeply.

Getting the experiences as David suggests here to help build that understanding of who and why you are and 3. A quote from Felix Dennis - 'Treat every job like an apprenticeship' that way we don't get stuck, become apathetic or complacent in our work... ...then build, build, build every experience to create that 'thing' you're designed for that creates huge impact.
What did you discover in each? What aspects of each of them most naturally aligned with who you are at your core? Treat those five careers as seasons of greater and greater discovery. Then pull forward the greatest discoveries and apply them now. Peace.

There are 3 elements to success. 1. Find something you are passionate about, 2. You are good at, 3. You have full commitment to. Marry those 3 together and go as deep as you can. However, to get those 3, you will likely have to try many different things especially early on to find those 3. That is what is said in message. Try different things, eventually you will narrow it down based on generalised experiences to those 3 and then stick to those 3 once you are sure. This is how to get success.

Be fluid and nimble. Be a contrarian. I am 26 years old and have spent the last five years as an Intensive Care Registered Nurse in a major metropolitan trauma center. This year my partner and I gave it all away and left the big smoke of the city to come work on a remote sheep station in isolated Western Australia. Now im on a motorbike with a few other boys chasing sheep and goats while my boss is in a helicopter above us giving direction. Haven't looked back, its been bloody unreal!
Have a Wide Range of experience in many fields and with many people The more accurate is your sence of a Reality (law of big numbers) The mind is resourceful, it will be way more creative by having more possibilites to connect the dots with a brighter neuronal network (analogie)

I am reading this book currently. I am in chapter 5 now but i dont have any clue what the rest chapters taught me. Only the 1st chapter i did understand.
Two things I noticed in my time: -"marks" Everything you do/did leaves marks and slightly changes everything about you -"general potential" Everyone can do everything. There is no such thing as born talent.
I know the details of how the motor stopped the concrete from drying too quickly isn't the main point of the book review, but my not understanding it because it was not explained specifically, was such a distraction that I had to pause the video to google it, and i still can't find how this machine slows the curing of concrete. My advice is to have people proofread the vids prior to publishing. Sorry, my engineer brain at work. Just constructive criticism, I am very glad you make these vids and please continue.

This book literally ignores the social conditions of possibility that make certain people have generalist success conditions (social origin) that will be capitalized on general benefits in life: "engineers" who grew up going with their parents to "museums" of contemporary art, spending Sundays in which musicians, artists, etc. came over to eat at home, influential friends surrounding the family environment, etc. A whole set of social relationships that have endowed the neophyte with a generic cultural capital, capital that will be activated in a "spontaneous and natural" way in life to obtain sympathies, favors, favoritism, loves and privileges. Read Pierre Bourdieu, "The Distinction".
