I have a question, do you know any climbers aged 60+? Because I see only a lot of young athletes, and those who were once young and strong are already old and sick at 60 years old. I study and develop such training that allows a person to remain young and strong even at the age of 60+, this applies to all sports, martial arts, and sprinting in the mountains.
@@freemanc19 Wow, this is great! Respect! I am very grateful to you for your response! This is very important for everyone younger than you! You give hope to everyone younger than you, including me, that at 74 I will also be strong, healthy and energetic. I would like to know more about you, to see your training, it would give even more optimism to everyone younger than you! Unfortunately, there are catastrophically few people like you.
@@deepforestenergy60 we work with and know of a lot of 60+ climbers, there are a lot more than you think! We just released a podcast episode with Jill, mother of Pete and Kate Whittaker about climber over 60 if you fancy a listen and to hear that you are not alone - www.buzzsprout.com/1459246/15044603
I got this! It's a distillation of everything Latrice have put out over YT etc for the last couple of years. Really informative and empowering!

Around the slc gyms, there are plenty of 60+ climbers. Most have a solid flow to their climbing and are technical with their movements.
@@joekitz Super! Sounds optimistic! Because according to my observations and experience, there are about 1% of such people.
I am 74years old climber
