It’s not very cohesive to me as a novice. I would only be interested in a 3rd of each palette

I love that they are similar so i dont have to buy all. Just pick one! Besides theres so many warm palettes already in the market.

I’m 61. I don’t wear vivid colors on my eyes and stay away from shimmer for the most part but I love your eyeshadow videos. We have a number of artists in our family and I so appreciate watching you practice your craft. You are amazing.

Did you try wearing a combination of mattes and shimmers? Or is it just that you don't want to wear shimmers? Sorry for jumping in the conversation, but I firmly believe everyone should have the opportunity to wear what they want regardless of age, so I had to ask. 😀

Ughhhh I love Sydney Grace shadows, but I wish Temptalia would’ve made at least one palette without greens and blues!
I feel like she made a huge mistake including greens and blues in every palette. She turned off a lot of potential customers.

I've been a reader of Temptalia (and a huge fan of Christine) for years so this has been one of the most exciting launches of 2021 for me so far! Stunning swatches, stunning looks ❤ I just wish I could have an artist's hand such as you Mel to make these darker shades look *acceptable* on my pasty skin lol 🤣 Loved the vid, sending so much love x
Hi Mel, beautiful! I guess it's safe to assume Christine loves blue and green eyeshadows! 😘😉😄❤ I love them too, but this is a lot of green and blue even for me. It gets confusing when they are in separate palettes. 😄😉🙃😘❤
These palettes are too dark for my preference (even the light versions) but I knew you would knock it out of the park and at least make me think about it 😍Can you hold your pose for your first two looks a little longer in your videos? I always have to take a screenshot. I really need a few more seconds of your awesomeness 🥰

I have these palettes.. I don't use them and I think it's because of the color story so I'm gonna pull them out and look for inspiration for some pretty looks. Mel was always one of the people I would look for on this platform for reviews to use my palettes so I hope that she stays on here for a very very long time because I still come here looking for her for anything especially eye looks..peaceful rest Mel

i absolutely LOVE how you played with the colors, especially on the last palette. i would have NEVER thought to go with green after using the first mauvey shade. GENIUS! you have a way with colors and i am so jealous!!! i wish i could create looks like these, but i am more timid with bold shades like these, lol

I usually don't wear a lot of green or blue eyeshadow, but when I do I prefer these kinds of darker grungy tones 😊 and that packaging is too beautiful 🤩

Searching for videos on these palettes RUclips gave me this one. I thought Mel's take would still be among the best out there. Started watching, but after a few seconds of her lovely and familiar (weirdly so) smile I realize it is unbearable for me, knowing that she does not live anymore to enjoy life with all its little things and share her enjoyment with us. My heart is still so broken. May she rest in peace.
Your eye looks are gorgeous, Mel! These palettes by Temptalia are so pretty with beautiful jewel tones eyeshadows. What a fabulous collaboration! I wasn’t sure which palette I liked best until you showed that stunning eyeshadow that shifts from silver to purple!

I am definitely picking up all three! I think I'm going with Quintessence in light and the rest in deep. Please do more looks with these, the way you put together colors is so inspiring! I never used to be into the brighter greens until Tiny Marvels and now I recreate your lovely looks all the time! It's my go-to palette!
I am going to be sitting on ready Friday morning to order all 3 palettes in light and the single Dear Reader! Happy Birthday to me 🥳 lol. I am 52 years old on Friday and I have no problems wearing any Sydney Grace shadows on my eyelids, bold or neutral. I found out about them in 20019 and they have been my favorite brand ever since. You are an amazing artist, Mel!

Sydney Grace shadows are some of the best I have ever used. LOVE all of their products, in fact. Quality is certainly not at issue. But...these color stories, I'm shocked at how turned off I am. They look alike. Too bold. My god, not enough mattes. Hard pass on these. I'll go check out some SG singles....

I am soooo excited for this launch! I love the Temptalia blog so much, and I know how many requirements she has for quality, so I am sure I will love how the palettes work! And the colour stories speak to me so well, especially the Quintessence! I absolutely adore that they made cooler purples, because they are a rare find! Definitely buying the Quintessence and maybe one more. :D

these pallets are IT for me. I love blues and jewel tones!!
I really like these as accent palettes, the shimmers are so pretty and can be mixed with any basic neutral palette. I also like that all have a mixed colorstory so by buying just one I can get a nice mix of greens, blues and pinks
My youngest was watching this with me --- his attention span going in & out. He heard you say "Phoenix awakens" and replied, "I'm already awake!" Yep. He gets excited every time he hears his name. 🤣
Then he was in awe at the eye looks. He said that look #2 looks like fire and look #1 looks like ice. I can't wait to get my grubby little fingers on this collection!!!!♡♡♡

I was excited for this to come out. To me they are all so green and blue heavy. I thought each palette would be really different color stories. I’m gonna pass. But I do love my SG tiny marvels and enduring love palettes!
I was thinking the same thing! I absolutely love the Tiny Marvels palette. It is just my color story. Goes with all my looks, if that makes sense. Has everything in the one palette! Also, enjoy the Enduring Love one too.
@@janicecroissiert9116 yes. I thought with 3 palettes (6 really with light/deep) there could be more variety in palettes.
@@veronicamcminn7775 I do agree with this. I was so excited when I heard Temptalia was launching eyeshadow palettes, I mean, I love her, and her reviews have been spot on for me. But, I can’t do all those blues and greens. Too heavy on these colors for me in 1 palette. Doesn’t enhance my eye color. I can only accent these shades as a liner. Oh well. The Tiny Marvels palette works for me, it’s more neutral, but does have some nice pops of color as well. Same for Enduring Love.
@@janicecroissiert9116 yes exactly. I have all the blues and greens I need I don’t do a lot. I have some in ND metropolis and few other here and there
@@veronicamcminn7775 Yes. I don’t have the Metropolis palette, but I have her Gold palette. Theres a deep turquoise shade in there, I use sometimes. I like it. But, I just can’t get a palette with too many blue and greens. Other shades work better for me. Also, Enduring love has some jewel tones.

I would wear all the looks here but the one with Radiant Reflection I just looove! Because I never think to even lightly layer lid colors for some reason! I picked up all three, On the Horizon in light, the other two in deep!
I think these are stunning and really can't decide between light and deep 😬 I kinda wish I could buy the deep set and get a bundle of the light transition shades as well 🙈 I want them all 😭😂
Yes!! 🙌 There is one specific shade that I'd like to try in the light version, but I am not going to buy a whole palette for one single shadow. So I do hope that will eventually become an option as #sydneygrace is great at singles anyway.

Mmmmmmm these palettes with Tiny Marvels = *Chef's kiss!!* 😘 Those mattes in your palette are really going to come in handy, because I noticed these palettes are very shimmer heavy.
These pallets are beautiful however do not have enough mattes in each pallets and a little bold for me as I am in early to mid 50's. Will hold out on these, but maybe get some other colors from their Christmas in July sale.
they are supposed to be used with your already existing mattes as she didnt want to make transition shades because its not as inclusive.
I, too, am in my early to mid 50's, and with profoundly hooded eyes, to boot, but I'm finding that I can wear colorful looks as long as I'm careful about placement. I can't imitate Annette's Makeup Corner and do a cut crease above my natural crease in three different vivid shades, but I can use just about any color I want as long as I keep it simple and maintain my natural eye shape. My excessively pink skintone gives me more trouble than either my age or my eye shape. But, like anyone will tell you, it's better to explore outside your comfort zone at your own pace, and preferably with less pricey products.

They’re all so beautiful!! It’s so hard because I like the deep shades in some palettes and the light in some…so it’s hard to decide which set to get you know! I knew you would create gorgeous looks with all all of these, because you always do 🤣!! You definitely can sell any eye palette or makeup product for that matter!! You sold me absolutely on the second palette for sure and I’m debating the other two..if I only had an infinite amount of money 🤣!! And I spoke to soon…look #3 was by far my favorite!!
I love Temptalia and these palettes are exactly the kind of color story I love, but that's the problem... I have so many of these kinds of shades already I can't justify another palette full of them, let alone 3 palettes full!

They swatch very nicely but just aren’t colors I gravitate towards. I feel like it would be hard to get a complete look without incorporating colors from outside the palette. There are very few matte transition colors.
I want all three!!! I hope the keep them around like your pallet, because I have set a makeup budget for pallets, makeup and makeup and brushes this year. I’ve splurged a little too much lately with Natasha Denona and all the fabulous foundations and cream products recently. I really need to be good 😆💜💜💜

All three look very nice, my favorite would be the 2nd one. I am not planning on picking any of them up though, but good for Christine. I find her website to be very helpful, especially in recent months. So glad she is getting her due. I liked all the eye looks, well done!

I love jewel tones. These are the first Sydney Grace palettes that have really spoken to me. Mauves, berries, purples and taupe are my favorite everyday shades, and green is my party color. Blue I think pairs better with bronze, but aside from that I love them. I also like that there are mostly shimmers, I have a couple go-to matte palettes and I don't like paying for the same colors over and over again.

Omg I need one, I loved Temptalia like over 10 years ago easily, and have heard good things about Sydney Grace but never tried them, and these are my type of colors too!
