Tbh both incidents with fancisco looked like netcode had its hand in the mix. From your end it doesnt look like much but in both instances your cars begin turning into the corner before francisco so i think netcode assumed you were gonna hit him which caused his car to get glued to yours which is why he couldnt turn in and just seemed to run wide. Happens somewhat often when racing close with people overseas.
