I love this video! I needed something that told me EXACTLY how to hold the hair, with which fingers, and how to pass it through. I finally braid my hair and I’m so happy!

Dutch infinity braid is my favorite, thanks for taking the time to show all these braids. I have a tough time getting my braids tight and not loose since my hair is very fine. I found that using some dry shampoo or a little hairspray on it before braiding helps.

Thanks for the tip! I also have super fine hair, and somehow it always tangles up. I inevitably get in a fight with myself trying to keep the strands separate and defined.

It is so reassuring seeing someone else struggle with their sections tangling together at the ends like their hair is trying to join together at the tips ;w; all these other hair youtubers who either clip out those difficult parts or whose hair just glides so effortlessly into parted pieces that stay seperate make me feel so inferior, but now I know it's not just me!

I used to French Braid my hair, or under braid as we used to call it, starting at the front of my head all the way to the bottom or end of my hair and tied off with a small elastic. On the last loop of the elastic I wouldn’t pull the end of the hair all the way through so there was a loop of hair at the end of the braid. If you feel under the bottom of the braid at the nape of your neck you will find there is a tunnel under your braid. push the end of the braid into the tunnel under the braid until it is entirely in the tunnel and pin in place. You may want to use hair pins along the way to distribute evenly the weight of your hair. Mine eventually ended up at the beginning of the braid after my hair grew longer. This can be done with shorter hair also. I found it to be very comfortable and stayed place all day.

When i tell you i have sat in front of my mirror since last night trying to French plait my hair both sides ADAMANT! & DETERMINED! that is exactly what i mean 😂 i have not moved and i wasn't going to until i learnt it. i have done it over and over and over and over and over and over again. My fingers hurt. My arms ache my head hurts hahaha BUT i have only gone and done it. Its like i new how to do it when watching your videos and it looked fairly simple and straight forward BUT its really not lol my brain couldn't process actually physically how to do it. My hair kept tangling so trying to untangle it i let go of the pieces and had to start over. Learning this iv never been so frustrated and angry with my self i swear i the anger was real but THANKYOU SO MUCH!!! i have wanted to learn how to do this for the longest time i actually have to go to the hair dressers and pay them £15 to plait my hair. Im so excited to learn more now and have fun with my hair. im so buzzing. Thanks girl 🎉❤

I feel so dumb.. duh, twisting the hair would help doing french braids, but in the case of a rope style.. pretty cool!
I've spent so much time growing out my hair, it hasnt been this long for 20 years, so im confused about what to do with it. I'm excited to use these tutorials now!

I have only ever been able to do braided pigtails bc I can't get the braid tight enough to start a basic braid down my back. I have really fine hair that somehow still manages to tangle. I am going to practice. I feel like I might stand a chance of winning against my hair and do more complex braids. I cut my hair so I don't have as much to work with, but I plan to try a lot more now. I'd like to do more than a ponytail or a bun to get my hair out of my face. 😊 will report back if/when I nail it.
