Hi. I’m a 60 yr old grandma so please don’t think what I’m about to say is too odd. I lost my hair due to an autoimmune disease but I now have the ability to have different hair every day of the week by wearing wigs. I love it. My style this week is a gorgeous Ellen Wille that allows me to wear long, low ponytails so I did a search and stumbled upon your videos. Three hours later I realized I’m still watching you (although “back to school” tutorials don’t really pertain to me) because you’re so doggone great at this but even more so because you’re so unbelievably beautiful! Seriously. I’ve never seen someone who literally doesn’t have one flaw. Absolutely stunning. (Okay, now it’s getting odd, I apologize). I just wanted to say something and to ask you to please never take that for granted. I’ve enjoyed your videos and learned a lot in the process. Thank you.
Oh wow, so many wonderful styles! I particularly love the claw clip (we used to call them bulldog clips back in the 80s!) bun. I hope I can recreate it on my own hair. ❤️

Oh no, I’m so sorry this happened to you! I do have a trick for knots: take hair oil and apply it directly to the knot, it needs to be oily. Gently rub the knot between your index finger and thumb, and slowly pull out loose pieces of hair until the knot is very small. Watch TV while you do this, take your time, and keep working on it, it should come out. I hope this helps! I’ll try to make a video for you.
