I'm looking for a theme that offers photo display, Video display, a combination of both and including text and also with the ability to individually implement custom ads. The layout for the landing page should be something like "LENS" which was featured in this video. Any suggestions?
Lens is a solid theme and supports video and photo galleries. In terms of the custom ads - you could always hire a wp dev to make minor tweaks to enable this functionality. It may be difficult finding exactly what you want out of the box.

I bought the Photography theme, but looking at another option now (which is why i'm back here) as it extremely slow. The dev support has been really good (which is great as it's my first foray into WordPress). Tickets still open so they may get to the bottom of it before I jump ship!

What about lvly? Man, selecting template is like selecting photos from photoshoot - pain in ass. Usually if i like gallery, opening site or portfolio part, i dont like blog element and vice versa. I think talent and uno are two very cool templetes. Talent isnt supported tho and uno has meh blog part.

I chosen photoproof thanks to you. Now im working on personalizing it. Kinda hard for www newbie. :P Im a little bit angry, because i dont know, how the heck they set up background in about us page. I dont see this option anywhere but on the bottom of editor, but... its not working. When i deleted manually photo which was background and put there my image with same name... it doesnt work.

PhotoProof is a great theme - have you logged it via their support forum yet? They're generally really good at responding.
Im confused.. Are they free or not? The websites wants money.
