- The Goodwill bins WERE EPIC TODAY, as I was able to thrift 80+ different pieces of clothing to resell online on Poshmark and eBay for $100! I found pieces from brands like SUPREME, Frye, Rothys, UGG, On Running, Justin Boots, Sorel, Nobull, Vionic, Jeffrey Campbell, Portland Leather, and SO MANY MORE!!! I want to thank you, I found a Johnny Was at the BIns!! after a bunch of people went crazy I sold within a day.... actually It was a bad bin store... warehouse no ac.... and I only stayed 1 hr but I sold 3 things from that haul. spent 20.00 made 60+ If I could motivated more to list. I could sell alot more.

When you are lucky enough to love and to be loved the separation is so hard. You guys are awesome and you will all have each other forever.
Oh and our shoes are all mixed in with our hard goods. Matching them is a challenge for sure.

I buy socks from the bins all the time. My kids love the Nike and fun print ones!
Ive thrown my kids talking plushies in the wash and normally they all still worked afterwards.

I use folex for stuffies I can't send through wash. Its a rinseless cleaner made for like couch material but it gets out most all stains on many clothing items. I use it for my main stain remover.

Maybe use a handheld steam cleaner for plushies. It’s also good for sanitiser baby toys like bricks etc

That Portland Leather circle purse is amazing!
You can use a steamer to wash and disinfect plush, if it’s stained you can spot clean with a little blue dawn or fabric stain remover
Our bins in Fort Lauderdale mixes the shoes in with home goods and theyre not tied together either. Im out there flipping lamps and vacuums looking for a matching pair hahahaha

I spray non washable items down with rubbing alcohol. Be careful though, it could damage some items. But should work well for stuffed animals.
I love strawberries too!! I grow them and even use the greenery and the berries in bouquets. I’m always on the lookout for strawberry items and clothing. great haul!
I use the Clorox spray sanitizer on stuffed animals that can't be washed. It works great on all things that can't be washed. I never have had a problem with fading or discolor when using it.

I would have totally picked up the Frye. Wide leg denim/pants are in and I think someone would want those to wear with something like that. Also, since they retail for a million dollars, people may like a more inexpensive pair, even with a flaw, to try out before investing in a pair at retail.

I hit the jackpot on shoes at my Pittsburgh bins on Tuesday. They do rubber band them together but many get separated from people digging. I found a pair or Tory Burch ballet flats, UGGS slip on ladies sandals in my size and a pair of UGG men’s leather chukka boots. Hoping they fit one of my grandsons or I will be listing on Poshmark
If I find only one of the shoe, I list it with "amputee" in the title. I'm also a new empty nester here, too!

I clean plush by putting them in a trash bag with cornstarch and shaking vigorously! Can just wipe off excess cornstarch.

i use those bombas socks for work... they are the best when you have to wear steel toe boots.

I don’t buy from sellers that don’t wash and steam the clothing. If you buy something for under 2 dollars and sell it for 50 you should be able to take the time to wash it. Also eBay says all used clothing is washed!

Personally, I wash everything I purchase for me and my family to wear before we wear them(new from the store or pre-owned). So whether or not it's pre-washed is neither here nor there 🤷🏻♀️ yes, I expect them to be *clean* when received (no food or other ick on it that hasn't been pre-disclosed)...but it's getting washed by me anyways before we wear it. I have OCD about germs though, so there's that lol
That TushBaby is a great find. I have one and it’s really nice to take some of the weight off of your shoulders when holding the baby for long periods of time.
