That is some high-powered 🔦 u have there bro...nice comparison...i do luv it...from fenix to dobberman olight nitecore to nextorch...good brand n they sure do the job very well...I do like to grab that p23i but I lately been thinkin about the Srt7i... Both are great 🔦 from nitecore... I do have a few tactical flashlight 🔦 at home like the extreme p20ix the 9800lumen burst tm9k...what do you think?srt7i or p23i....
Hi Darren, what’s your opinion of Armytek Doberman Pro vs Fenix TK 20 from your review? What’s the stepdown timing of Fenix compare to Armytek? Thanks 🙏
This Dobermann is not a "good boy". After 1 minute steps down from 1000 to around 500 lumens, than to 400ish and after 1 hour 40 / 50 minutes from the start the funn is over. The predator ist even worst, much worst. If you want quality of atmytek, go for a viking pro, it can sustain at least 750 lumens for around 1.5 hour. The fenix tk 20, on high ( not turbo) starts around 850 lumens and after 8 minutes or so, sustain 600ish for over 2 hours.
Btw in this price range, the best outputs are producing: olight warrior X / 3, fenix pd 36r / pd 36r pro and nextorch ta 30 max, not to aggressive stepped down and 600 lumens sustain, whole runtime over 3 hours. Jus saying. Olight warrior 3 / 3s can sustain 800 lumens for over 2.5 hour.
Hi mate. The Fenix is twice as bright and has better sustained output due to the increased weight and more efficient LED. I made individual review videos of each - the runtime graphs are on there too.
@@DarrenYeoYT I've only seen one video on it so far, comparing it to the S23. Have you seen it? I wonder if you can tell from a video how it might compare with others you know. Cheule's Flashlight Reviews. I'd like to see a few more videos before I decided to buy. Was also considering the Olight Marauder MIni.
I have the p23I in my car and the warior x3 in my backpack. love them both. the warior is my favorite alight all around. but i dont carry any of them in my pockets. way too heavy.
Hard to say man, I prefer the build/construction quality of Nextorch/Fenix. Nextorch has better sustained turbo performance though. Nitecore P23i is awesome too. How about you? Must have more than me by now haha.
@@flashlightnoob how about Jetbeam? That's one I haven't tried yet. There's a company I only just found out called 'cloud defensive' - quite expensive lights.

I have an 8A driver and SFT40 :D could transplant it in when I get some time.
Another great video Darren!
Thank you mate!

I think the P23i is more practical to carry around with you. Large lights are awesome but I barely use them these days!

@@DarrenYeoYT thanks buddy, I’ll check it out
@@wesolowskimatt thanks for your advice
Maybe next time throw the Nebo Torchy 2K in there. The price is right and the performance is A+
Hi Steven, I'll have to take a look!
I'd like to know what you think of the new Rovyvon S21, and how it compares to everything else you have.
Reminds me a bit of the P23i. Switch is interesting and it has access to momentary turbo. I would prefer a tailswitch as well though.

Yeah intially I carried some of these around but they were just too much compared to my 18650 lights.
So what's your all the time favorite?

@@DarrenYeoYT Yeah, it's kinda hard to tell amongs them, maybe it's all favorite haha. Well i always bring my Nextorch TA15/TA20 and my Fenix.
