If I had to only have one grill it would definitely be a bronco. I love the versatility. I have a 18” and a 22”. Both awesome grills and smokers. Nothing like a good old burger over hot coals. 👍🏼
Thank you for watching! I agree. Every time someone comments, they are not sure if they want to buy a Bronco, I tell them why they should. Then, they comment back and tell me how awesome the Bronco is.
Thank you for subscribing! I enjoy what I do, and I want that to show in every video. Barbecue doesn't have to be complicated, and I try to show that. At the end of the day, I want my viewers to do what I'm doing. And enjoy doing it.
Excellent video, amigo. Thanks for the tip with using the ash pan. I really don't understand why everyone uses the charcoal chimneys to start their coals. I always just start mine in my grill. Saves a step and is a lot safer.
Thank you for watching! I appreciate your support. I'm glad my videos are an inspiration to you. Barbecue shouldn't be complicated, and I try to show that in my videos and I enjoy what I do, and I hope I capture that every time I cook.
I never knew about that setup on mine. However, I have been grilling on mine with that basket still set up on the bottom and sitting the grate where the diffuser sits. I will say, I have only done pork steaks and ribeyes that way because I use tongs to flip since a spatula would be near impossible to use that deep in the grill.
Thank you for watching. This setup is known, but not a lot of RUclipsrs have videos of them grilling with their Bronco. In the beginning, the Bronco was advertised for grilling, but more and more, you see it as a smoker. It has gotten so popular when it comes to hanging meats that grilling on it can be overlooked.
@MoesBlackGoldBBQ absolutely! I will be hanging some ribs this afternoon and finish off grilling some ribeyes! You got a great channel and are just an average humble guy like me! I appreciate you.
@k.k.52 Thank you for the support. I love what I do, and I do it in a laid-back way. I'm just enjoying my time, and I want that for my viewers as well.
I've thought about that. But if it does happen, I can replace the diffuser plate. Personally, it's a lot better for me this way. All the ash falls into the ash pan. No clean-up!
I noticed that you didn’t slather down your burger with mayo or any other cond’s, but added them jalapenos. Thats the best burger. Also saw that Yeungling Lager. You need to pour that into a glass to get the best result. Smoke on, Moe.
Thank you for watching! I added mustard to the buns before I added everything else. I gotta have jalapeños on my burger. Next time, I need to grill them. Next time, I will pour it into a glass. Cheers 🍻
Thanks for the awesome video. Big help for anyone new to the Bronco.
You're welcome! Thank you for watching. I have plenty of videos on the Bronco.

Lot of people don’t know about this method. Great video bro!
Thank you for watching! You're gonna see more people smoking with the Bronco than grilling with it. I don't blame them. It's fun to smoke with.

Thank you for watching! I use a charcoal chimney, but I prefer to just let up the coals using a Weber cube in the grill. I don't mind the wait.
This is another awesome video my man! Keep it up! You’re inspiring me to keep learning the postmaster way and to try new methods! Cheers🍻

Enjoy the vids. Where did you get your cutting board? That’s a nice looking board
I bought it off Amazon.
I use the vortex in my Bronco too. Works great on steaks!
Yeah, that's a great way to cook.
@@MoesBlackGoldBBQ every time I bring it up in my bbq groups I get the side eye lol
Lol, if it works, it works.

Not afraid with all that weight that the diffusion grill angle is going to break?
