@@ryanexpresstrains8074 oh it absolutely is. But the 3 rail guys I know give it a bad rap and it's honestly stupid. I think it's the fact they know they're trains at the end of the day aren't as realistic and they have a stick where the sun don't shine.
@@ChargerusPrime There’s a lot of misconceptions about 2-rail. But in a nutshell, it’s just the O scale equivalent of HO. Anything you have in HO- DCC, sound, ops, scale modeling, etc. is available in 2-rail O, at just twice the size and 8 times the mass.
Thank you! I have a MTH H9, but that one is an Overland Models. It has a Soundtraxx Tsunami2 4400 decoder. I use the 10 amp NCE system, and I also have wifi compatibility with TCS remotes.
A most excellent ops video with fabulous sound and nice detail.
Thanks buddy!
Beautiful video, Ryan. It's so good to see you guys having fun together.
Thanks Greg! We have a blast!
God this hust makes me yearn for the realism of 2 rail O scale that much more.
It's a lot of fun!

@@ryanexpresstrains8074 yeah absolutely. The mass ans feel of these trains is what pulled me in.
Great layout and operations! I really like how the coal load in the tender isn't full like every other model
Thank you so much! Yes, I like doing coal loads like that so it appears in service.
Nice! Smooth, realistic operation too. Is that H9 an MTH? What control system are you using? Thanks for sharing!

Great video Ryan but as a retired engineer gotta let you know back up is 3 short toots not 2. LOL
Thanks Wilbur! Noted! 3 short roots from here on out! lol.
