Chamonix first descent - Two Chamonix locals, snowboarder Jonathan 'Douds' Charlet and skier Vivian Bruchez, score a first descent in a fat 400-meter, 45-50˚ couloir less than three hours from the top of Chamonix's Grands Montets. They joined us in the studio to give us all the details and tell us the secret of finding such a jewel in a place where some of the world's best steep skiers have been hunting elusive first descents for more than 30 years.

The line is really hidden. It's not at all surprising at all that nobody has skied the line before even it's so close GM top lift.
