You are the undisputed supreme maestro in the universe of digital pipe wizardry, Paolo! This is just the most incredible sound - totally awesome to think that not one single pipe is having air blown through it to generate such a magnificent soundscape. From the punch and growl of those fiery reeds to the mellifluous purring of the mellow flues and the undulating warmth of the shimmering strings . . . your Physis 'Ouverture' is the definitive example of how an organist can have a home instrument that is equal to any Hauptwerk sample sounded organ - or any real pipe organ - anywhere in the world! Congratulations! Your interpretation and performance of Charles Tournemire's 'Tryptique' is equally awesome. The 'soft blur' in one of the cameras adds a perfect mystical glaze to the ethereal dimension in the 'Holy Spirit' section and I thought the effect was quite deliberate (so no need to confess any shortfall with the videography!) To paraphrase what another AI beast once said in a Terminator movie: "We'll be back . . . for more"! B R A V O !
You're always one step ahead of Viscount, it seems, Paolo. This sound really blows my mind! Pulled sub and super octave couplers, roaring bass - what a treat!🤩👍
Thanks very much, Dietmar! I like to enjoy a good performing instrument during my free time, and therefore I put all my resources in motion to constantly improve it! Apparently, the efforts are paying off, and I am very glad for it! 😃
So sublime. Listened to this twice. So good hearing you play again. Was gone for a long time here, and I missed listening to premiere organists like you whom I've always looked up to. Thank you for this wonderful performance
This is magnificent, DP! Thank you for sharing another epic video, complete with incredible quality sound and videography. The AI enhancement works really well, too!
Dear Paolo, this is a really incredible sound. The plenum sounds so differentiated and lively and later the flute harmonique in particular really did it for me. Played, of course, it is also terrific.
Many thanks, Nils-Ole! I am sure this instrument can sound even better! The quest for the perfect sound never stops! 🤓 And the flûte harmonique would deserve an AI filter on its own!
Thanks, Ralph! Now I feel I have to stop with all this tinkering around with the organ, otherwise, I am afraid that my next move could be cutting it into pieces with a chainsaw! 😆
Bravo Paolo! Always setting new standards! Could you give us some details on the buzzword "AI" and how you have managed to implement it in your audio signal chain?
Thanks, Stephan! As you might probably know, AI is now largely used in audio engineering for various purposes. The system I used allows me to capture a particular organ's soundscape and apply it to the digital instrument. Now, just to be honest, AI does not make miracles. A thorough and careful voicing is required as a starting point, then the AI filter can be generated and, lastly, some manual intervention is still required to give a consistent shape to the sound image. So, let's say that both artificial and human intelligence are at work here! 😀
@@digitalpipes When your 'intelligence' is brought to bear on digital pipe technology . . . the outcome to lesser mortals is akin to a miracle. Never mind walking on water . . . this sound is just pure heaven!
Dear DP, do you use physis editor software to voice your stops or do you voice them directly on the organ? I guess it is the first option. Best regards! Superb as always!
I don’t use a single tool, it is an AI chain. I am still working to tune the whole process because the sound can be improved even further. Maybe at the end I will shoot a video with all the tricks!

What do you think of the Overture compared to the Único P35? in terms of keys, fitment, durability and lastly, sound?
Dear DP, do you use physis editor software to voice your stops or do you voice them directly on the organ? I guess it is the first option. Best regards! Superb as always!
Thanks! 😃 Yes, sure, an accurate voicing can be achieved only with the Physis Editor
What did you use? I'd like to do the same with my Sonus 60.
