I have horrendous shutter with my ACT HD clutch. Pretty confident the install is bang on. Can't explain it.

Hello from North Carolina. At clock number 2:45 you were milling a head. Was that for a different motor? The new one you installed already had heads on it. Wondering why to showed the milling although that was cool to see as well. I enjoy watching the shop work. Cheers.

What's the best brake in procedure? You idle for 5 minutes with running in oil? Drain, add 10/40 semi synthetic? Then how should it be driven and for how many miles? Thanks

um die wasserpumpe zu montiren kann man auch einfach zwei stehbolzen reinschrauben und dann die dichtung und die wasserpumpe draufschieben. dann einfach zwei schrauben rein und die stehbolzen rausnehmen.

Are you mounting oil squiters who spray oil under the pistons in your high output engines ? I have done that in My 705 hp/ 800 nm cdb ej257 block with Syvecs ecu. Without the squiters the engine will only hołd up for about 15 minits full throttle driving before the forged 2618 pistońs began to melt. It seems not like You have the experieńce of squiters 🙂🙂

Does 2.5 block reliable enough for track use? I’ve been told that it suffers from not enough stiffness until u’re toss in realy thick sleeves
anthony k EJ257 Stock cylinders are tough enough and appear to fail (crack) at power levels around 550- 600hp, i.e. they can hold double the factory output..
