Hey love your videos! Seen all the Jeep ones multiple times. My Grandpa is going to sell me his jeep (05 WK Hemi, about 200,000 KM on it, never been off road, all stock) and I am looking at lifting it, getting bigger tires and putting a front bumper on like yours. My questions are... How much should I lift it? Should I get 31, 32 or 33 inch tires, and if so which lift/mods would be required? Any tips or advice to give me before I start? Thanks!
Thanks for the love 😊 All depends, you can go 31" tires on a 2" lift, even 32" tires with a bit of bashing, cutting and pinch weld mod. For 33's you'll need the 4" lift from Superlift. Unfortunately the front bumper by Saguaro and subsequently Aspen Creek Offroad is not available anymore unless you find a second hand one by chance.
Is there any reason why you don't trade up to the latest Grand Cherokee?? I'm thinking about getting another Grand Cherokee but will wait to hear what you have to say.
Yeah, you've picked up on it 😉 Too many reasons. Mainly because they got rid of the rear solid axle, they eliminated the front ELSD from the QD2 system (but still call it QD2 lol). The WH (or WK) was the last good all-rounder Grand. The new one's more for towing and touring dirt roads. Can't see it go places where my WH went. Plus, even more lack on larger lifts etc, even though the WK's were pretty bad for it, but you could still get it lifted 4-6 inches.
Nice! Do you have any problem with upper control arms and ball joints?.. i just installed a 2 inch lift kit in my wk and mi uppers ball joints broken in two weeks. :(
They broke from deterioration, not because of the lift, the lift just mad it quicker because they changed the angle. Never happened to mine when the vehicle was newer, but after around 7-8 years, one gave up, so I changed both.
You and the Jeep make this look easy. Love that exhaust sound
Thanks 🖒👍 Glad you enjoyed it.
Nothing like a WK Jeep Hemi, I have an '07 myself. Love it!
Enjoy it 😉
Just nice. Nice to see the Jeep again!
Sick video mate love that sound go jeep!!
Love the roar of the hemi motor!!!
Love your videos, do more!
Even though the steering wheel is on the wrong side for a Yank like me your Hemi WK is my hero.
Thanks man 😂😂😂
That little kid looks so bored.
Damn, if I was the passenger I'd be like "yea!!! lets do this all day!"
You got the tyres!

Sorry for the late reply but I've seen you guys driving , I think2011 laredo, in extreme off road. It seems to be doing fine.

Gave up, meaning started making noise.
Hey, bud, why did you stop driving the Grand Cherokee if it's the best vehicle you've had? Cheers from Costa Rica.
Still driving it, but not regularly offroad because of the Patrol 😉
How much ground clearance do you have on that?
That throttle control... said no one ever.
Love your jeep, what year is it?
2005
In the first part, at Rogers Rocks, did he attempt track 5 in the Jeep?
No, just the 2nd and the 3rd one.
Is this lifted? if it is what kit?
Yes. In this video it was running the 2" Daystar kit. It now runs the 4" Superlift.
ROAAAAARRRRR!!!!!!
B
What 2 inch lift was this ome?
Nah, it was the Dayatar spacer lift. Wasn't really happy with it, but did it's job.
What exhaust do you have?
Stock exhaust, just a Lukey aftermarket high flow muffler.
