what is the recording time you get in 4k60fps from pocket 3

I don't know. My longest video has been about 90 minutes and battery (with the extra battery grip) was not an issue.

It depends. Longer videos get split up into several files and need to be stitched together before uploading to RUclips. Please check the video description to find out if any other editing has been made.
