Thank you very much! This is a pattern I created and at this time it is not for sale and I just have it in cutout cardboard form. I will say that you will find that if you went ahead and studied the video I am sure you will be able to come up with a pattern very similar and you will be thrilled that you did it on your own. The sides and the gusset and the main body will have the same amount of holes. One extra hole on each side on the main body to really lock in the gusset. Give it a try. If you are not used to making patterns, remember, everyone starts that way. Enjoy the process. Thank you.
I used Fiebing's pro leather dye, black, yellow and red. The white is Angelus white and the eyes and nose are Angelus black paint. Then I added antique past to get a black traced look. :) Hope this helps.
@@baronleathercraft yes thank you . I've never seen that technique.do you use a sponge or paper towel and man you do good work. I love doing leather work but you killed it. I normally use an air brush and tried to do a sunburst effect with a paper towel but it didn't do it.
@@michaelbartley9572 Thank you for the kind words! I mostly use a cut up tee-shirt for the main colors but I did use a cut up sponge for the red to give it a different texture. Make sure the shirt/sponge is not to wet by wiping it on news paper first. Just keep practicing! Truly my art skills are limited but it was my joy and desire to get better that kept me practicing. With practice comes improvement. It will all come together. Enjoy!

Interesting. Using the attachment on back as opposed to punching holes through the body like so many others
How long are your straps??
Thank you for asking.
1. Main body straps - 26 inches long 1 inch wide. fold 2.5 inches for buckle. - 1inch slot punch.
2. Fork Straps - 14 inches long 1 inch wide. Then Fold 2 inches for buckle. Hope that helped.
