This video is very weak, dear viewers, you should look it up in person to find out what is true about us! Come to us, we welcome all interested parties in our country. God bless the good Hungarians! ❤🌹❤

This Nick is part Hungarian? He obviously never put any effort in learning how to pronounce Hungarian words correctly; he literally butchered every Hungarian word or name he tried to say … Factually it was all correct though, and I did like the video. Though I do think that a slower pace of the pictures shown would be nice and they barerly scratched the surface of interesting things in Hungary … Annyira szeretem a házamat ❤️ from a half Dutch/Hungarian guy from the Netherlands

Yeah, it's the type of "Oh I'm 3% Hungarian, because of my great-great-grandma"-American bs

😂😂 my wife is Hungarian, i am Dutch. I ate all the dishes highly😂 we live in the Netherlands, but we go often to Hungary. I love to be there, the people are living not in the fast lane like we do in the Netherlands. I also like it that they still respect the old standarts and traditions and not the Snowflake and lqtbsxo things we have😂 there is so much nature, everywhere cherry trees on the side of the road that you can pick yourself...and i know a lot of Hungarian words like...Lofost😂😂😂

Oh, the cherry trees lining the roads! I used to go out with my friends to pick the cherries and then give them to our parents and all our neighbors and then all the mothers made cherry soup or pastries, megyes rétes, so good!

There is also an extended version of this; lófasz a seggedbe! Because the Hungarian nomadic Scythian horse people, and honesty is not far from us!
If someone is not dear to our hearts, we send them to all kinds of ugly places! In the Hungarian language, a separate art form; swearing! Ours is a very rich language, an intermediate swearing expert can "pray" for 2-3 minutes without repeating words! A former boss of my life (he was a theater director) was able to do this for even 4-5 minutes! (Let's just say, I'm not completely "green" either)! There was an Italian colleague of mine who listened to each of my outbursts and couldn't believe his ears, even though he didn't understand the monologue, but he was impressed by the fact itself!

You should hear what especially those "culture respecting" elderly people say about foreigners especially in your area. 🤦‍♂️ Thank god every day that you are not living here.

The video is a bit old, for example, regarding the number of Nobel laureates. Today there are 16 laureates, and here you would also like to congratulate the 2023 laureates, Katalin Karikó (Biochemistry) and Ferenc Krausz (Physics) for their recognition.
As for geothermal energy and hot baths, perhaps the fact that in the past 50 years I don't know of a magnitude 4.2 earthquake that covered a couple of chimneys and cracked some old house walls makes it even more attractive. Feel free to come, you certainly don't have to worry about a tsunami. This is a very hospitable country for all those who treat the country's culture and laws with due respect.

The Polish-Hungarian friendship has deteriorated a lot in recent times, but the Poles are one of the few peoples with whom the Hungarian people have not fought a war in 1100 years. A typical example is World War 2, where, although the two countries were in opposing federal systems, Hungarian soldiers did not fight against Polish units, moreover, Poles fleeing from the Germans were not interned or handed over to the German army, but were free to go on to Western Europe, where they could continue their fight. Unfortunately, there are more and more differences of opinion due to the current political situation in Europe, which is compounded by the insults of some Polish leaders, so "friendship" will probably never be the same again. (It's hard to see as a friend someone who shakes the hands of the murderers of his people while betraying you, because you don't want to run headlong into the wall, against the other enemy, so that the 3rd enemy can laugh)

You forgot that when we in WW2 denied the request of the germans when they wanted to enter Polan through Hungary (among some other countries that was inbetween).

Always love these episodes! Hungary sure is a strange but beautiful flat country. Once visited Balaton Lake & Budapest. Amazing places! Especially the Hungarian parliament is a sight to behold. But the language must make the Hungarians one of the most remarkable people of Europe.

Loved your reaction. I relate to your confused expression when it comes to the brides being kidnapped…and recapturing tradition. I don’t really think about it but I like Poland so I like Hungary too. I support Poland’s effort to help Ukrainian civilians 🇺🇦. I appreciate Hungary for refusing the Nazis access to Poland during WWII.
Now I understand WHY an Artist from Hungary has some cultural Mongolian singing included in his songs.
