Todd Partusu yes but then again entire Slovakia(age:24) is a MEMBER of the Holy Crown as well (just as Burgenland, Croatia proper, Voivodina and Transylvania).
U forgot Croatia. Hungry and Croatia are very good friends becouse of Pacta konventa document where it says that Croatia for securing friendship and territory is coming in territory of Hungary and its being like autonomous state so that's why we are good friends and that's why they had access to Adriatic sea
You are right, thanks for your info. As a Hungarian I visited a lot of sea in Europe but I have to tell you the Croatian coastline is the most beautiful with its white rocks and green and blue clear seawater. I've spent a lot of my holidays on different islands (like Krk, Cres, Losinj, Rab) and coasts - and I visited those amazing nationality parks as well. More than once of course :-) So Croatia is a beautiful country and I was amazed how fast built up the highway system. Bye

Greetings from Romania. I am romanian from Transylvania and I know that yesterday was the Day of Hungarian National Culture. I confess that the first time I heard Béla Bartók's romanian folk dances, brought tears to my eyes. I love: Ady Endre, Károly Kós, Jenö Dsida, Áron Tamási, János Keméney and it' s a long list. From Erdély I would conclude with the end of the poem Dunánál by József Attila and what Count Miklós Bánffy wrote to the poet Mihály Babits about Transylvania. Unfortunately, many see only a land, but forget that above all it is a state of mind. People here are special. I grew up with Saxons and Magyars. The departure of the Saxons is a great loss. However, I cannot imagine Transylvania without our magyar friends, without the szeklers. This is the truth. You are welcome in Transylvania, dear neighbors.
Yes but The emotional relationship between nations was not broken even during World War II. Hungary was an ally of the Third Reich, whose troops attacked Poland during the September campaign. Already in April 1939, the head of Hungarian diplomacy, Istvan Csaky, in a letter to MP Villani wrote that during a possible war against Poland Hungary could not take part in it. "We are not willing to participate either directly or indirectly in an armed action against Poland. By "indirectly" I understand here that we will reject any request that would lead to enabling the transport of German troops on foot, motor vehicles or rail through Hungarian territory for an attack against Poland. If Germany threatens to use force, I will categorically declare that we will respond with the weapon. " Csaky also emphasized the fact that sympathy for Poles in Hungary is so great that any, direct or indirect, Hungarian action against Poland could lead to social unrest in his country. He stated that "If we allowed the Germans - whether without any opposition or after a possible protest - to fight our territory against Poland, a revolution would break out here and there would be such a moral shock that we would lose faith in ourselves." Hungarian Prime Minister Pál Teleki firmly refused Adolf Hitler the possibility of invading Poland from Hungary. In the message of Prime Minister Pal Telki to Adolf Hitler of July 24, 1939, we read that Hungary "cannot take any military action against Poland for moral reasons." This letter made the Chancellor of the Third Reich furious. The Prime Minister of Hungary, in consultation with Regent Miklos Horthym, ordered the tunnels to be mined along the railway line and blown up if the Germans tried to force them. Over a hundred thousand Polish refugees found shelter in Germany after the German invasion, schools for Polish children were also opened. Despite German pressure, until the end of November 1940, the Horthy government authorized the official functioning of the Polish mission in Budapest and received the Polish MP Leon Orłowski. From Hungary to France, with the active participation of the Polish embassy and the secret approval of the Hungarian authorities, by May 1940 about 35,000 Polish Army soldiers officially interned in September 1939 were evacuated, which was of great importance in the creation of the Polish Armed Forces in the West. During the Warsaw Uprising, Hungarian units stationed in Warsaw, as part of the allied forces with Germany, received an order prohibiting them from fighting on the Polish side, as it was likely. Those Hungarians who took part in the uprising on the German side often offered Poles weapons and food. On August 15, 1944, secret negotiations took place between the command of the 2nd Hungarian reserve corps, General Bela Lengyel, a former military attaché in Warsaw, and the head of Mokotów BIP Col. Jan Stępień "Szymon". To the amazement of the insurgents, the Hungarians offered to cross about 20,000. Hungarian troops located in occupied Poland to the Polish side, and military support of the Home Army in the Operation Storm. According to the plan presented by the Hungarians, a representative of the Home Army KG was to fly to Budapest in the guise of a Hungarian officer to talk directly to Horthy, who wanted to use Poles' contacts to move to the Allied side. During the next meeting between General Lengyel and General Szabo, Colonel Stępień stated that the Home Army could not give any guarantees as to the success of talks with the Allies, because the situation of Poles was equally difficult. Therefore, the Hungarian command offered to transport the representative of the Home Army by plane to London in order to conduct tripartite talks on this subject with representatives of the Allies. German intelligence learned about the negotiations, which canceled the Hungarian divisions from the Vistula front. Despite this, several cases of Hungarian fighting on the Polish side were recorded during the uprising.

both statements are incorrect, eurozone refers to the euro monetary union, and schengen area is the borderless area within Europe which Britain was never a part of despite being a European union member
The European Union (EU) EuropeanUnion300px The European Union (EU) is an economic and political union of 27 member states. Important institutions of the EU include the European Commission, the Council of the European Union, the European Council, the Court of Justice of the European Union, and the European Central Bank. EU policies aim to ensure the free movement of people, goods, services, and capital, enact legislation in justice and home affairs, and maintain common policies on trade, agriculture, fisheries and regional development. The Eurozone eurozone300px The Eurozone, officially called the euro area, is an economic and monetary union (EMU) of 17 European Union (EU) member states that have adopted the euro (€) as their common currency. The Eurozone currently consists of Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia and Spain. Though there is no common representation, governance or fiscal policy for the currency union, some co-operation does take place through the Euro Group, which makes political decisions regarding the Eurozone and the euro. The Schengen Area Schengensign300px The Schengen Area is an area comprising 26 European countries (including EU and non-EU states) that have abolished passport and any other type of border control at their common borders, also referred to as internal borders. Schengen cooperation enables citizens to cross internal borders without being subjected to border checks. The border-free Schengen Area guarantees free movement to more than 400 million EU citizens, as well as to many non-EU nationals, businessmen, tourists or other persons legally present on the EU territory.

You are welcome in Transylvania, dear neighbors.

okay... let´s totally ignore the fact that they joined Hitler
He stated that "If we allowed the Germans - whether without any opposition or after a possible protest - to fight our territory against Poland, a revolution would break out here and there would be such a moral shock that we would lose faith in ourselves."
Hungarian Prime Minister Pál Teleki firmly refused Adolf Hitler the possibility of invading Poland from Hungary.

Hungary is not in the Eurozone, it is in the European Union. Eurozone nations use the Euro
Eurozone is the shengen zone so yes Hungary is in the Eurozone just like Brittain is/was. You dont have to use the Euro to be part of it.
Eurozone and Schengen are different, example, Poland is in Schengen but not in the Eurozone
both statements are incorrect, eurozone refers to the euro monetary union, and schengen area is the borderless area within Europe which Britain was never a part of despite being a European union member
The European Union (EU)
EuropeanUnion300px
The European Union (EU) is an economic and political union of 27 member states.
The Eurozone
eurozone300px
The Eurozone, officially called the euro area, is an economic and monetary union (EMU) of 17 European Union (EU) member states that have adopted the euro (€) as their common currency.
The Schengen Area
Schengensign300px
The Schengen Area is an area comprising 26 European countries (including EU and non-EU states) that have abolished passport and any other type of border control at their common borders, also referred to as internal borders.
Schengen cooperation enables citizens to cross internal borders without being subjected to border checks. The border-free Schengen Area guarantees free movement to more than 400 million EU citizens, as well as to many non-EU nationals, businessmen, tourists or other persons legally present on the EU territory.

@@kanadai-magyarmapper9447 Maybe if you didn't try to culturally wipe out Slovakia, they wouldn't be jerks towards you.
Just a thought.
Kanadai-Magyar Mapper What’s so bad about Slovakia???
@@ErmenBlankenberg Maybe if the Slovak (and Romanian and Ukrainian) government wouldn't opress the Hungarian minorities then we wouldn't hate them too much. And I don't remember trying culturally wiping out Slovakia - sorry for estabilishing a country 1000 years ago but that's proto imperialism for you.

10:38 Im ashamed that even me being a Hungarian i didnt know about the Hungarian-Polish friendship day, the schools i went to never thought me that, not even my parents or other relatives said anything about it. And Marc 23 is even my birthday!
Attila Gábor Nagy Talk about that! I can imagine how you must feel like being embroiled with anger. I would be furious if I were you as an Hungarian.
I think it relatively new think. maybe started 10 years ago. Im not sure.
Cheers from Poland brothers! Much love and respect. Mokotów the part of Warsaw wouldn't be even existing if not the great general Laszlo. He and his soldiers were standing near my town of Konstancin helping as much as they could during WWII times. Thank You Hungrarians very much. Some how we share the same tear of sadness in our eyes.
