Yes it is sad, mental illness needs treatment just as much if not more than physical illness. The mind affects the body.
I agree, this is why I'm glad we have the NHS in the UK. It may not be perfect, but it's there and it (quite rightly) treats mental illness just as seriously as physical. Some of the people in this video have simply been overlooked and undiagnosed and are free to wander around in public untreated and stigmatized by the people filming them in this video. I may watch the video, but I would never, ever film someone who is clearly unstable.

The lady at the pool had a legitimate gripe. I’ve lived in apartment buildings and people invite there entire families. Then the people paying rent have nowhere to sit and have 100 kids running around...it’s beyond rude.

Yeah, you pay an extremely large fee to a home owner's association. Then you have a pool that's sized for each home to have 2 people a piece and some cheap ass trash invites 50 people to the pool, with kids screaming, yelling and running and all you want to do is enjoy a day off, you get pissed. Now you're paying for everybody and their cousin to use the damn pool.
