I'll be curious to see how the sale goes. I suspect most people won't want to pay much for the tiny house, but maybe they'll change their minds if they know it produces income. Just need the right buyer, like always.
Yes it's a wild card for sure! I think I could sell it outright for $45k. But selling with the house probably not as much. Like you said it has to be the right buyer that is looking for potential rental income. I will be certain to let everyone know how it pans out!

When you say it's profitable, how much are you talking about, Kim? 10k a yr or something?
It's $12k for the first year. And that is without ANY rentals over the summer. Cuz who wants to come to AZ in the summer!!!
