Just curious why not let a repair shop do it if its covered on the insurance? deducible? or Turo provides a estimate but do the work yourself and keep the difference? or just being nice to your guest and keeping cost low - either way nice job!!
You can pocket the difference from the Turo payout if you fix it yourself. You end up making more money from damage claims then renting out your car on Turo if you got he DIY route

Also doesn’t Turo require shops to be certified to work on your car? & then they’ll work for the shop & keep you out of the process?
