I organized Justin to come play at WPI back when I was part of the social committee there. This video was shot in my apartment building in Worcester, MA. It was an epic night that a lot of people will never forget. Thanks James West, Justin, Ehren and (bass player I forgot his name. dammit)!
Man, I've been wondering about James West since I last saw him in 1999/2000 in Eugene, OR. He used to be in a fantastic trio called Habaneros. If you dig this, you really owe it to yourself to find Habaneros "Individuation". I just saw a coupla copies over at Amazon. This dude is amazing. The drums are an extension of his body, and it is absolutely magical to watch him perform.
That's seriously awesome, I'm well jealous man! I've put up a few videos of him doing solo stuff at WPI, if you have any other videos be sure to put em up! Bassist is Drew Dresman :D
Nono not at all! A subscriber took these videos and asked I put them up on youtube for the JK forum (which, sadly, is pretty much abandoned atm). Justin has said there's been an acoustic album in the works for quite some years now, I really hope he comes down to the UK for a tour (where I am).
Were you a WPI student at the time? Did you know anyone in the apartment? I don't mean to probe, but this night was really special and I'm so glad that someone got video of it. the solo videos you have of Justin is the event that I helped WPI Soccomm put on. The story goes that I saw Justin play at a Tribeca bar in New York and invited him to come play a show at my school and offered my apartment up for an after party saying it'd be awesome to have a after party show. The rest is in your video.

Just like to add in that this was my actual apartment. I'm assuming I know who Vertiginous Ninja is, but I'll leave real names off the RUclipss.
