WHY does mango just go with Tequila?? And why does Mango & Chilli go even better with Tequila. I'm so fascinated by this. I stumbled on it a few years ago and it's just a match made in heaven...and I don't know why. I need some geek to tell me why Agave & Mango works??!
Not harm Steve. The bar mat is amazing, and I will order a few more-good quality for a seller on eBay. Now, when it comes to flavour pairing and tequila with mango and chilli, I can write for ages. Maybe I must start series on paring flavours in a cocktail, or I do a live stream. But to answer short here, it is: Silver Tequila pairs perfect with citrus flavour Reposado pairs with bold and spicy flavours because the tequila is aged and has fruity, caramel aromas, and a taste profile with hints of fruit, caramel, and vanilla Anejo pairs well with sweet flavours On another side, Agave pairs fantastically with mango and mango pairs perfect with spice. So, as you can see, it is a lot to talk about it, so I think it is best to make some series about pairing flavours.
Looks very delicious, I will be bartending a small party and was looking for an easy mango margarita so thank you, just one question how would it taste if you added just a half oz of Cointreau? Is there a reason the Orange liqueur is left out?
Thank you. The liqueur was left out because the mango flavour is strong enough to overcome the Cointreau. No harm if you want to add Cointreau. I think it will taste as good 👍
Yep. Still, margarita, even if you don't use it but strictly speaking without the orange liqueur, is not a completed margarita. It's confusing, haha 😂 , but that's the way it goes.

You know what's weird, Tequila and Elderflower goes pretty well together too. I add just a touch of mezcal, delish!!!!
