I don't know what to comment so here is the recipe for the pancakes
Ingredients:
-1 cup of flour
-1 cup of milk
-2 eggs
-1/2 teaspoon salt
-1 tablespoon of melted butter or oil
-Necessary amount of butter or oil for cooking
preparation:
The eggs are beaten, to which the salt has been added, until they are well integrated and foamy. To this preparation add 1/3 of the flour and continue beating until a smooth preparation is obtained. Then 1/3 of the milk is added and it is alternated with the flour until everything is completely integrated and beating very well so that the preparation does not present lumps.
Lastly, add the tablespoon of melted butter or oil and beat vigorously, until the paste is aerated, with many little balls on the surface.
* The pasta must rest between 30 and 40 minutes, in a bowl, covered with a canvas, before being used.
* It is recommended to sift the flour, this gives the pasta more fluffiness, and makes the result of the pancakes lighter.
* To cook them, it depends on the taste of each one, according to the amount that is placed in the pancake pan or pan, the pancakes can be thicker or thinner.
* Important to spread the pan very well with butter or oil, so that they do not present difficulties, when you have to turn them.

If you think that the tornado experience experience is scary, try living in Illinois during the Midwest derecho. The winds were very intense. A wind gust of 96 mph was reported near my location. That was the scariest experience of my life. I will never forget August 10, 2020. (I'm sure the tornado experience was still very scary though.)
