    if all 1st/1st editions,then all being equal then I guess the top 3 are Tolkien,Einstein,Dickens

    Easily Walt Disney, but close with Mitchell, and VERY VERY CLOSE WITH EINSTEIN and the hobbit was close. love your channel, and can’t wait to see your new vid!

    first edition harry potter and lord of rings are expensive on their own. Einstein also good guess. Disney not so much he signed many books bought at parks. never seen florence nightingale autograph so no guess on price. My bet would be Winnie the pooh. A.A. Milne

      Few years ago, my parents went to the old Adam's family (John, Abigail, and John Quincy -those Adams) property. The tour guide told them the most valuable book in the library was Joseph Smith's first wife, Emmah's, personal book of Mormon. So, methinks the market is a bit bigger than Happy Valley.
