January here watching from Oakville. i’ve always been a super fan before I even met you online and I can’t wait to show you my rose when it’s finished I’m always scared of making flowers they always look so weird and demented if I get it right it would take me several hours or days to finish A couple.     Thank you so much you are doing an amazing job. Am Diana from Jamaica my gum paste melts alot because of the change in the weather, how do I fext it that It becomes harder.

      Try adding more CMC with your next batch. Once the flowers are made you should store them in a dry area like an air tight container with silica gel

    Hi,
    Adriana from Winnipeg. Thanks for the video. Finished my centres. My stamens turned rock hard. Used them anyway. Had trouble frilling the edges of the petals -very fragile, sticky, and drying too fast.

    I had a quick question, if we don’t have confectioners glaze can we also use edible glue? If not can I make a thin glaze from powdered sugar and water? 🙂
