Go with the flow, when you get a creative idea keep a notepad with you and jot it down, and even if it’s for 20 mins just enjoy that creative burst when it comes to you and welcome the energy coming back to you it will 😀

Frozen 2- the next right thing! The first time I felt Disney got deep about depression with Ana's song near the end. That's sometimes when we need that message the most. But also in starting those projects again, savoring the small moments and shifts- you really articulated what I've been feeling with my project, confirming I'm doing enough when I feel I am despite doubts from social conditioning

I intern will share with you that I lives in another country for a while as well - - a California girl who, for the sake of our relationship, picked up and moved to Poland! All the things you described today, accessing a world through a new language, socially standing out like a sore thumb :-) learning a new currency, new grocery stores, a whole different weather patterns, that was me! It was a mixed bag, But then, I guess, what isn’t? But the main thing is that it was the best decision I could possibly have made. It changed my life and helped me grow in so many many ways and even though I’m back in the states now, I’m not the same person I was when I left. I admire the steps you are taking in your life and feel fortunate to know you through your work and your personal story!

Wow Sarah!❤❤ I lived in 3 different countries! Now I'm in Argentina where I was born but I lived in Australia for 5 years as a child teenager from 9 till almost 15 years old, then I lived for 2 years in Italy (my parent's country) I went to school in both countries of course... these changes were not easy... to leave people behind... start with different languages... new people etc... but it was a great experience! ❤❤❤😍😍😍 Living in different countries open your head and heart a lot... it expands our love, our understanding, our heads... it's not easy but it makes you more creative and flexible... I would start again in another country... why not? Every step in our journey is for us to grow... and life is change... flexibility... You can always go back... Just flow... Our hearts are the leaders of our journey... never doubt it... even though it's a challenge... To change countries... what is not challenging Sarah? Just go with your heart... it never lies...❤

Just today I found a note written over three years ago about my goals written at a low point 3 years ago, I smiled cause I am very close to achieving many of these goals and somewhat achieved some. And it was the small steps and shift in energy and that can be instant. It’s a decisive action.

I am so very overjoyed at what a lovely turn your life is taking, you come across as such an amazing person. What an amazing video, well done, but all your videos always are. My experience the past 6+ months have been nothing less than astonishing, after a life of stress so much stress and trauma to a large extent, with also some very nice luck throw in here and there for encouragement from the universe. Recently I started to really get interested in the Law of Attraction and then things started to manifest in a way that's been just mindblowing. My home, health, finances and love life have all been in a state of transformation after years/decades of somewhat less than optimal situations; now I'm much more relaxed, in a state of trusting the universe to bring what is ultimately best and just allowing... and most importantly, *appreciating* everything that is and has been so amazing in the past (even the more challenging lessons that have led me here) and presently in my journey thus far. Everything gets more clear with every passing day. Keep sharing your wisdom, you are very clear for such a very young woman... wish I'd have had that clarity in my youth. ;) Kudos to you! Much happiness and joy in your future!!!

Wow so on point, as always✨ . I have been feeling truly depressed and stuck in the past week. I do need to get a project started by I am dealing with feelings of not being good enough or creative enough. This tapped into my biggest insecurities, just feeling like a failure and an impostor. But in fact, I have been trying to do exactly what you're recommending here, just taking a few minutes of the day to write down my intentions, look for inspirations online, and sketching. But I have to say I can feel myself struggling to get started even if there is no expectation, just to sit down and sketch. I have an urge to just distract myself, and get instant gratification from other sources. I guess it's a matter of negotiating with yourself, and tell your inner child that we can do that too, once we "do the homework", and using this as a way to reward yourself and thank yourself after a few minutes of work. Anyways, I'm soooo glad I'm not the only one feeling this way. ❤

It must be very hard being apart from your husband and to keep sharing with us groupies. The small steps mattering, what an important message. I had an out of the blue break up last year and it's been hard tilling over the soil of my past but it has got easier. I'm going for peace and living better, and a very warm and lovely man smiled at me on his way out as I was working on my allotment. I may never see him again but it shows we can be surprised and warmed by the smallest of moments. Thanks for sharing your thoughts and realisations Sarah. You're inspirational and grounding. Xx

Sarah the journey is long and surprising... I also fell in love with a foreign person... and the pandemic has separated us... 😣 Hoping to be together again... we speak everyday... videocallling... but if for some reason one day we don't sometimes it's fine and sometimes I feel so doubtful of what will happen... he was travelling back in november but he didn't bc of his family's factory (which was doing great now it is becoming smaller bc of the pandemic)
My boyfriend is really afraid of the virus... I'm not... I'm afraid of other things... but with the time I could put myself in his shoes... if he's afraid... I have to respect it... so now he's waiting for the vaccine... to be able to travel... I wanted to travel without the vaccine... bc I'm not afraid as I said... but what I'm afraid of is the quarintine on arrival... which in his country is where the government decides...😣 with all this wordly mess... it's like a war... that stops me from travelling... at least now... plus the tickets which are so expensive as few people are travelling (they want to charge you 3 times more!) Plus it would have to be a direct flight because Chile is closed down... ummmm puffft! With all this so many insecurities arrise on my part... I've never being jealous in my life... and now I am... and the what ifs? Etc... ummm so it's being hard... but our Love is strong... we both tried to fight it bc of old hurts, the pandemic, everything... but the Heart does not lie! And we love eachother and if God wants we will be together again!❤❤❤ Sarah we are all brave... so go ahead... a beautiful future is waiting for us!👏👏👏👏❤❤❤❤😍😍😍😍😙😙😙

thank you so much for this video 😊💛 it made me feel a lot better I have been feeling very heavy lately 😟 also I wanted to tell you a little story 😇 so right before I met my love (in 2019) I listened to your february reading for leos. you pulled 4 love and relationship related cards and talked about how this month can be about making a very strong connecition with someone. I remember being so sceptical...like there is no way. a day or two later I met him and now I love him more than I have ever hoped I could love someone 😊💛 it is so special to me that you kinda predicted us meeting 😃💛 I think about it a lot.

I’m starting on the journey of selling things with my work on it and I’m very much a detail oriented person. So much so that it overwhelms me to think of all the things that play into it and I’ve never done this before. My husband and I spent a few months in the South Korean countryside and our dog found us in a similar way. I silently wished for a stray to keep me company when I'd be at the house alone some afternoons and two days later a scraggly puppy showed up with ticks all over his face and body. We took him in and he's been with us ever since.
What an amazing story! I really love the idea of finding lamp posts every day, too!
