02/10/2025: My Stepmom's Creamy Chicken and Vegetable Soup

It is so easy to make that a child can help you make it! This was one of my favorite soups growing up. I think you could trade out the chicken for different meats. I'd even venture that you could use this as a sauce for noodles or on potatoes. How about in some sort of casserole???
