The role civic education has never been so pivotal in a national fabric than it is today.
Spice FM! Home of everything nice! I wish to listen to such every day, this is now using media to enlighten and change people's mindsets, this team picks those critical topics which us Kenyans ignore but they are of great importance. Kudos!
The proverb, women have the ability to bring back the lost camels by bringing forth brides, who by the virtue of the bride price, bring back the lost wealth and more.
Good conversation. Someone from the ministry of interior need to come and explain to Kenyans what is going in this ministry when it comes to passports issuance.
YES
Government of thugs😂
If you rub the right palms with the right cash you will get one in a day or two. Government functions are expeditious if you're talking money. Money talks, bullshit walks.
Even the head of this government ni mtu mbumbumbu he knows he's CSs are clueless but still only talks about Raira everywhere
Land in Kenya is a minefield. Money markets, REITS , Digital Assets, IPs,PE are alternatives
Due diligence is good, also visiting the land and finding more about the land from the neighbours.
Good energy for the populous of kenya
Thank you very much...mostly on the information of land and the current paper work involved
A very good program. The issue of the allotment letter issued by the Ministry Via the County government is an eye opener......Excellent episode.
Please invite them again. Very important topic
Very well said, on how to get services and understanding of what is needed to get services, in a simple way.
The only one I have found so far that is reputable is AMG Realtors. Buying land here in Kenya has been an absolute nightmare figuring out. Too many scams, too many shady ways you have to grease palms with some M-PESA to try to get government workers to actually do their job without having to pay someone just to process paperwork. It really is a shame it is so difficult here on the continent. Greed and corruption is making buying land here almost impossible. There has to be an easier way...
It's educational
Kenya we are in very big problem that why government is running away from land issue
Is allotment letter a title deed?
Search because if there was a flaw, the whole transaction is null and void ab initio
How can I get Mr karongi number plz I have issues with our land
Just hot air.
