This guy is very ignorant. Process of selling land is not regulated by LSK. LSK is just a a professional body for Advocates. Selling land is regulated by an Act of Parliament. You do not need a lawyer to buy and sell land. Experienced Valuers are better at land transactions. Inexperienced advocates know very little about land transactions. You do not need to have the mutation form. That is the work for surveyors. There is no Department of Survey. These are all kept by Lands. You only need to have a title This guy us a quack
