    When the interviewer had posted the salary range during advert (60-110) and they still ask, what do I say? Please answer me

    Now is it right when negotiation about salary during the interview you just ask them to give you they range maybe??? Answer this please

      Hi Jaqwuin, You need to know the market rate, in your job market, only then you can be able to negotiate accordingly without undercutting yourself or going overboard and yes you should have a range in mind.

    This is really insightful, thank you for sharing. I just had a zoom interview yesterday and I was asked the same thing.
    But despite trying to avoid giving a number, the employer couldn't take for an answer 🙆🏽‍♂️
    What's your advice on the same?
