Hey, Ashish, I like maps, quizzes, history and geography in general, which also draws me a lot towards arts, I guess. I am one of the very first persons to come across India in Pixels and have been following it since then. Have always found it to be informative and shared it with people I thought would find it useful. I remember the one where you explained which states in India churn out the maximum amount of finances and have the maximum number of migrants. The topics you touch in India in Pixels are just as vast and spread out as India itself!
Would love a district wise map of vegetarians vs non-vegetarians. I'm from West coast of Karnataka, when I moved east(inland) in the same state, my college hostel had non-veg food available, which would be crazy where I come from. Hostels would announce prior that they're a non-veg hostel. But this one claimed to be vegetarian, but after admission told me non-veg us available twice a week. I had hard time finding Vegetarian restaurants. Even though they exist, they're not easy to find. Because in my native district, it's common to label restaurants as" veg" or "non-veg". But in the inland Karnataka, veg hotels are labelled "pure veg" while non-veg hotels are named "veg and non-veg" and if it's not labelled, and I go in, ask them if it's a veg hotel, they'd say yes. But there's non-veg available too.. And to my shock, when I went to Kerala, hotels don't even label if they're veg or non-veg, almost every hotel is non-veg, which is crazy to me...
I didn't know I would watch the whole video but when it ended I wanted it more. Nevertheless I have seen your every video and pics I really look at it and precess it a lot in my mind. Keep doing brother there are many people who loves your work.
Hello Ashish, well it seems just when one is bored with too much consumerism and mundane thoughts and narratives of selling the same materials in a new package, while self-questioning one's own social and cultural place and self realisation, and not losing hope, there always come accross a new beacon of 'intelligent-hope' to see the world in a fresher perspective which helps us all move towards REAL advancements. Thank you for being such a little-but -important...small-yet-quite distinctive beacon of perspective! It is really good to know about you and your works. And proud to know you as an Indian and as how Indians of this age should be...our beloved country is changing for good and I am happy to see that one such vehicle of change has already sprung through you! Just amazed and happy both at the same time with what you are doing. Please never loose hope...but keep ticking... 👍🏼
Magadhan Languages (Bihari Languages) also don't have genders. Girls also say Ham jatani, boys also say Ham jatani. While in Hindi, girls say Mai ja rahi hu and boys say Mai ja raha hu.

Hello Ashris you are so fluent in English. How did you learn it. Can you please suggest some tips methods to speak English fluently. Also your videos on indian languages sounds grammar and data related to india is really very informative and interesting. Also your voice is very soothing
Simple. He comes from a higher income group background. The upper middle class has been speaking the language within themselves for decades, if not a century or more. He would have also studied in proper English medium schools where the mode of teaching, reading, writing and speaking is fluent English (or as fluent as it can get in India) and not the "speak in Hindi + but write in English on the blackboard" type. Go to higher income group areas of Tier- 1 Indian cities and you will find 5 year old children with the same level of fluency as him because of those very reasons. Why do you want to learn English fluently? Do you want insults and gaalis? Get called "angrej ke aulad", "NRI ke bacche", "macaulay's child" and be told "English is only a language, not knowledge, nor a measure of intelligence" or that you have a "colonial mentality" over and over again? He gets those comments too. You won't even be able to fight back because the guys doing the insulting will have default victim status. At least now, you can be the one throwing around those insults (if you want to). Be careful what you wish for.
