Your videos are all amazing. No time wasted. You are super informative, everything practical. No fancy shmency.. all is Brutally honest and money saving ideas. *Thank You for everything.*
I cleaned out my filters with cold water (As the instructions that came with it say to do) BUT they're hard to dry out in this climate so they ended up growing some really nasty mold on them 🤮 @3:30 I wish I just did this instead, lesson learned.
Good Video. I didn't even realize it made that big of a difference. I may have to copy this video :) Also I felt like I was on a African Safari during this video.
That's my cleaning technique! But I pound it on the top of my deck rails and show the wife how clogged it can get before blowing it off. Once in a while I use the outdoor hose to really clean it and let it dry for a day or so. The roborock filter doesn't seem any worse for the wear doing this.
It's too late! I have shared it with you people, for better or for worse! Remember, with great power comes great responsibility. Use it wisely! Also, give me your cat! She is adorable. I will give you my cat in exchange. He sucks!
@@SmartRobotReviews Hmm. No, I like that dog. You can have the little fat one though. I picked him up at Budget German Shepherd Discount Outlet. Seemed legit.
That's a great idea! Kind of like a pre-filter. The only issue your suction will suffer, which may affect cleaning performance. Maybe I'll do a test in the future.
@@MrRoombato I would say you might lose a mild amount of suction overall but because your main filter does not get nearly as clogged with hair etc you have so much more mileage out of the filter. I have a neeto botvac and I cut the swifter dry sheets in half so a pack of 48 is good for double that amount of days.
@@keith3761 I'm less concerned with filter life than I am with time between necessary cleanings or replacement. I'd have to do tests to see the effect of using sheets as prefilters. It's a good idea for a video. Thank you.

Thank you so much!
Lol Love the end 😂

I’m going to clean my filter now! I have had it for over a year. Is it dirty yet?
No! Give it some time! Don’t be impatient! Sheesh! :P
Of course it is dirty...What an idiot! :)
Hey now! Don’t be mean to my viewers!! :)

Thanks! If you do I will copy some of yours as payback!! Maybe I’ll even copy your awesome test room! :P
@@MrRoombato fine!!!!!!! Keep your filter cleaning video!!! LOL jk
"shit" hahahaha
It's also easy to use canned air to blow the filter out
Yep. Or an air compressor.

Some filters are washable. I can't keep track of which though, I have too many robots! :)
What robot is this? I want to get rid of my trifo.... It's garbage. The app is so bad
I think you have to patent this method before someone steals and make millions on it

you should put swifter sweeper pads over your filter, I do and my filters last way way longer. saves a ton of money and performance is great.

@@newsigmundfreud3023 As far as dirty vs clean filter or just in general? I'm making a Narwhal video at the moment.
