You can remove the grease very easily with paint tinner , just by applying it or by dipping the parts in it .

Maybe need a better sand job before paint it. The lacquer layer don't hide a poor paint job. The tires are in wrong direction and you did must remove the bottom bracket.

What are you talking about "no bottom bracket on the outriggers" bikes don't have outriggers. Boats have outriggers, not bikes. Also, he's selling these bikes in India, where people don't have a lot of money so he's not going to spend a bunch of money on a bike that people won't be able to afford.
