Safraz was the first to reverse swing the ball, or "Super Safraz" as he was known in England, a legend in county cricket who I watched many times. But Waqar made it an art form.
Sarfaraz was more of a new ball swing bowler ... I mean he did reverse swing but he was better known for new ball swing ... the next one after him was Asif and now Abbas
@@Cattycattycat actually sarfaraz was the first person who introduce river swing into the cricketing world but yes he was more better bowler with new ball but imran khan more complete bowler with the older bowl and more consistent with old ball and later on picked by both wasim and waqar
The Yorker Bold, and LBW to Chris Louis............was never unlike anything ever to be seen again until Shoaib Akhtar repeated the same to Dravid and Tendulkar in India...............Bowling like fire
chris lewis and deggsy pringle!!!!!!!!!! ahh, those were the days of good old english all rounders *giggle giggle. giggle giggle giggle. GIGGLE GIGGLE GIGGLE*
The way the English batsmen are playing waqar it seems they have no idea how the ball is moving in, the ball is reversing more than a feet, which is very unusual. I don't think waqar wasim would be this much successful in this generation because neither Kookaburra nor Duke ball swings and seems this much.. they will be successful in this era but not as much as they did in early 90s.
Another RUclips fast bowling expert analysis/ the name sourajdatta is renowned in the cricketing world / no fast bowlers in the modern era can reverse swing like Wasim&Waqar in todays generation they will be extremely successful as they were back then !! Stop writing garbage think before you post rubbish
Okay, has taken wickets have not done something special or have conquered Kashmir or any humanitarian work. Why celebrating if he had done something special like any humanitarian work.
This was his first test match after almost a year out after suffering his double stress fracture to his lower back he had to slightly remodel his bowling action as well to prevent any more back injuries
His first back injury was just before the 1992 World Cup, just watch pre world Cup from 89' sharjah cricket and then watch waqar return on the international stage during this Emgland tour in 92' he had remodeled his bowling action and became more slingy armed and didn't jump as high after. But still great bowler and waqar lost about a yard of his pace after his first back injury in 91
To me waqar was the best fast bowler of all time looking at his style, bowling action, speed, strike rate, wickets, etc even ahead of wasim akram

He was unplayable in those days, don't get me started about his toe crushers
Pro trick: watch movies at instaflixxer. I've been using them for watching loads of movies during the lockdown.
@Samuel Beau definitely, I've been watching on InstaFlixxer for since december myself =)
He was at his best before CWC 1992. After the injury he was still great but not the same as in 1992. Legend of fast bowling

No doubt.... Waqar Yonus is the King 👑 of Yorker.
Want more of Waqar Younis' bowling......

Big fan of burewala express infact more then wasim
My favourite too 😀😀
Waqar is the best
Some bowlers don't need slips or gully.
All are stunning deliveries... Top class fast bowling
He was quick ...very very quick
At that days waqar was bowling 100mph sure
Nah mate his action isn't designed for that. Here he is bowling late 88 89 max.
Even in Total ODI series in SA 1993, Waqar was bowling at 150 plus KPH. That said, he must be bowling 160 plus in 1990-92--The Waqar years
@@securedsolutions6277please watch him bowl in 1990 he has surely crossed 100mph and in 1992 too he would have bowled 100mph
@@securedsolutions6277 how you concluded his action isn't designed for that!!!?
He was clocked at 95.1 mph , 153kph in 1993 after severe back injuries that reduced his pace
Inzamam was at his fittest that year. He became less flamboyant and more composed as he gained weight.
He was absolutely sensational...one of the best ever!
🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Great Waqar
Despite many arguments by my friends, I still consider waqar far better than wasim. For most of his career, he was haunted by terrible injuries.
0:23 that delivery 🔥
Great fast bowling especially reverse swing, yorkers ♥️
Speed star and great bowler
2nd one is the wicket of the century
Second ball is amazing
Unbelievable Swing
Waow
No fielder involvement!!
Proud for Pakistan cricket and legend star worlds of cricket. World's greatest fast bowler
Original sultan of swing
Swing King

So much arrogance. Did he set free Kashmir?
After his injury on 1995 , he slowed
