I only checked the intro for now, and i see you made an error on the second chord (It's E/C#, so C#min7 whit a G#, not C#min7(b5) and a G natural), and the 4th chord you wrote it in the treble clef, but you wrote it like if you were in Bass clef, so the chord is totally wrong if you read it as is!! except these two, the rest good so it gives us a good guide line, and i'm sure the rest of the transcription is good good too ;) (and yeah, you could have ut it an octave higher with 8vb, just for our eyes :P)
