These 60s sitcoms were just brillant.....and some 60 plus years later they are still laugh out loud funny because of the incredible writing And the brillant casting of the characters....
I remember so looking forward to Fridays way back in the 70's in Zimbabwe, when my folks would fetch us from boarding school for the weekend, and we were allowed to watch TV from 5pm until dinner time. Bewitched, Bonanza, Lost in Space, The Partridge Family, Little House on the Prairie, MASH, Happy Days, The Waltons and so many more. Simple entertainment.
Love this video. Sam/Liz looked great in whatever she wore. But I like it when Sam wore casual outfits. Actresses dressed to the nines in TV shows when doing housework back then. Many times Sam/Liz wore capri slacks and blouse or slipcover and sip on shoes. Love it.
And one of my favorites, too. It reminds me of a dress 👗 that Lucy Ricardo wore only once, maybe twice, on I Love Lucy. Of course, Lucy's dress 👗 covered a little more leg 🦵 than Samantha's. LOL
Samantha looked absolutely 💯 % beautiful in whatever she wore. I know another viewer said he (or she) preferred Samsntha in casual clothes. Well, yes, she looked good. But when Samantha pulled out all the stops -- Oo la la❗
George gave Darrin a run for his money 💰 in that episode: of all of Samantha's many suitors, I think he would have been the one to have a chance, however remote, to 'win' her over and away from Darrin.
That sparkly silver dress at the beginning of the video looks beautiful I love it! And to think decades later it would be back in style! Samantha had great taste in fashion! 🔮🪄✨️👗I want that dress! 0:49😍🤩
That was a great episode. Darrin, of course, was under the influence of one of Endora's spells. Luckily for him, the client's wife liked him and his modern style.
You said it❗ That green dress 👗 she wore was very similar to the pink dress 👚 she wore. I can't remember the name of the episode (and they only just showed it LOL).
They should do 'Endora's Magical Outfits', then I can see if they have my favorite Endora outfit, which appears in the episode 'I Get Your Nannie,You Get My Goat'
There was a great chemistry, in terms of having Mr and Ms Krivitz on the receiving end of jokes, too. Having to play "clueless", while the audience is constantly in the know is charming.
7:43: I Love this scene and the dress Elizabeth wore, the one that would get her into trouble. But Gladys' look when Sam opened the door is classic. She couldn't believe what she was seeing. 😀
Just another great episode. Why? Because Endora teaches Darrin a lesson: you don't look gift horses in the mouth. You simply accept the gift 🎁 with no questions asked.
my mom took her fashion sense from Samantha, she was the pert and perky housewife of the 60's with cute little dresses and coats and then later in the early 70's moved to more Mod clothes, slacks and blouses, just like Samantha, only my mom came Out, nice dress sense though.
I didn't recognize it until I got older, but Felix the Cat carried one in his animated show, long before Bewitched. It's been speculated Louis Vuitton copied the design from Felix! Search for a picture of Felix the Cat with LV bag, and you'll be amazed.
Given the intense competition, between Networks / shows, it's no wonder extra effort was given to the Wardrobe specialists and design consultants. If it's not right, your show can be sunk in one season.
I wondered if all of the actors (except Klinger) on M*A*S*H were please that didn't have to do many wardrobe change. Samantha probably did more wardrobe in one episode than Hotlip (Loretta Swit) did in the whole series run.
Considering that the actor who played him, Christopher George, has been dead since 1983, I rather doubt you'd want him around now. Definitely wouldn't be the same handsome man, even if he was alive---he'd be 91 years old now.
One of my absolute favorite outfits that Samantha ever wore was in the first episode of Season 3--- it was the shows first technicolor episode and she wore this gorgeous chocolate brown dress. It looked so lovely against her very tanned skin and freshly lightened hair.
I always thought that was gorgeous on her too! I think she wore it later seasons maybe season 7 or 8 when they are in Paris and her daddy is furious that she didn’t let daddy know she was coming and he put Darrin on the Eiffel Tower.😅
She is stunning in any outfit
Absolutly stunning! I love Samantha's fashion sense! And how gorgeous Elizabeth Mongomery was!
Elizabeth Montgomery was one of the most beautiful women in the entire world. ❤
I wanted to be her when I grew up. Sad that she was 3 years younger than I am now when she died....
The green long halter dress was absolutely stunning ❤️
I want that dress!
Ainsi que sa coiffure
Darrin: "More Witchcraft???" Samantha: Yes.....But LESS DRESS!!!!"
One of my favorite episodes ❗ And when they were all toasting in the end Darrin said, "To me"❗

Loved this - loved the clothes of this era! Thank you.
Supposedly she wore her own clothes the first couple of years
That Black outfit was stunning.
When Samantha used more witchcraft to create less dress, I was reminded why I always picked Samantha over Jeannie and Ginger.
The green dress was stunning
Love Elizabeth Montgomery .
Have watched Bewitched 100 times over.
Thank you so much for putting on RUclips my favorite childhood tv program. I was born in 1964 & enjoyed every single episode.
🙏❤️🥰😍
Also LOVED the 'Serena' outfits!!

❤
I love classic TV shows especially Bewitched
Samantha starts out wearing the "Weeping Willow" dress. It's one of the most beloved and remembered items in Elizabeth Montgomery's wardrobe!
And one of my favorites, too. It reminds me of a dress 👗 that Lucy Ricardo wore only once, maybe twice, on I Love Lucy. Of course, Lucy's dress 👗 covered a little more leg 🦵 than Samantha's. LOL
Has it survived I wonder?
I sew and I promised to make that dress for myself one day.
@8:05 gorgeous how she breezes down the stairs! Absolutely gorgeous.

Christopher George! The Warlock. Loved him in The Immortal
Christopher's wife, Lynda Day George often appeared with him on many TV shows and movies. From Ms. Harper Stacey.
George gave Darrin a run for his money 💰 in that episode: of all of Samantha's many suitors, I think he would have been the one to have a chance, however remote, to 'win' her over and away from Darrin.

Thank you so much! I'm glad you put the number and name of the episode of each magical outfit! 💜

My God. That woman was stunning!
I've so loved everything about her. She definitely was one of my favorite role models.
She was lovely. And a fine actress too. The Best to Everyone.
You can see in this episode that Alice Pearce was starting to show signs that she was sick...RIP Gladys Kravitz.
Alice Pearce was losing a lot of weight due to her terminal cancer. From Ms. Harper Stacey.
Yes, poor lady. I much preferred her to her replacement.
@@dianetheisen8664 when you have terminal cancer, you fade pretty fast. From Ms. Harper Stacey.
@@harperstacey9604 Indeed. She was a great actress.
She was so funny the best one. Shame she died ..❤️❤️❤️🙏
📺 What's up with Darren's gold outfit and the 1967 sideburns, pretty groovy isn't it ?
Elvis Presley wore a gold lame suit, possibly 1957.
That was a great episode. Darrin, of course, was under the influence of one of Endora's spells. Luckily for him, the client's wife liked him and his modern style.
Perfect. I love Samantha's outfits.
Elizabeth Montgomery can wear a garbage bag and make it look fashionable. From Ms. Harper Stacey.

@@AnaisWolf I agree with you. From Ms. Harper Stacey.
That first silver "mirror" dress is EVERYTHING !!
I had a crush on her when I was a small boy. A innocent crush of course.
Elizabeth Montgomery and Lee Remick. Two of my fav actresses. Left us too soon.
I have never seen Elizabeth Montgomery with red hair, looks amazing on her!
They should do 'Endora's Magical Outfits', then I can see if they have my favorite Endora outfit, which appears in the episode 'I Get Your Nannie,You Get My Goat'
That clip with Christopher George makes me wonder why she picked Darren over him, lol!!!
Elizabeth was so pretty
Notice everything that she has in her refrigerator that she put on that table is a condiment or a sauce
Not to mention they left and left the food out.
Every single outfit Sam wears here is beautiful!
If you want to see more iconic scenes from Bewitched, SUBSCRIBE to our channel! 🌙🔮
My favorite Sam outfit. The flying suit. When she popped it on you knew that stuff was about to get real!
There was a great chemistry, in terms of having Mr and Ms Krivitz on the receiving end of jokes, too. Having to play "clueless", while the audience is constantly in the know is charming.
Kravitz, not Krivitz.
Really lovely all of them....best i have watched in my entire life
Elizabeth Montgomery was/is/always will be a bombshell. What a woman❤
I love Sam, the way she speaks and she was so beautiful!
I love the show
Love them all
Loved the black outfit conjured up by George, but it was daringly see through.
She always looked impeccable and elegant.
Adored endora, Samantha's clothes!
Thank you for your channel! I’m enjoying it so much.
The dress with the roses was nice
Loved the series when it was around
If SAMANTHA wore RAGS, she would also look like what SHE IS : a true SUPERMODEL!!
This episode is so good!!! Love this show!!!! 🥀🥀🥀🥀.. 2022..
I don't care what everyone else says, I think the Samantha was pretty.
Pretty⁉️ She was absolutely 💯 % gorgeous.
Hunh???? Nobody has said otherwise! What kind of drugs are you doing if you don't see all the comments that compliment her beauty??
Who said she wasn't ? Not pretty..beautiful..
Love those outfits!!
Samantha is just beautiful in any out 🥰
Beside the dresses the house is beautiful too.
Hola me encanta el vestido verde tiene lindos vestidos desdé Ecuador

Back in the box.
Oops.

And those moves she makes is enough to drive us men crazy
Shes so gorgeous
Always impressive. 🥰

Not the Gold Lemay 😂😂😂😂😂
First time seeing an LV bag

too good awsome
George is welcome at my house anytime!
Considering that the actor who played him, Christopher George, has been dead since 1983, I rather doubt you'd want him around now. Definitely wouldn't be the same handsome man, even if he was alive---he'd be 91 years old now.
When the dress is long you can see where the seam is.
I'd forgotten how much better I liked the real Darrin.
Pretty sure she kickstarted my puberty in 1964.
all the episodes of bewitched are very funny. but they are entertainated
Darren was such a weird looking man.
Weird?
en la temporada 8episodio16 se notan los hilos detrás de la cintura de Liz Montgomery😎
She had a birthday
She was still a fine piece of womanhood in this series, even if she was starting to show signs of being sick.* Twinkle nose*
Nutritious food out of a can? Really?
The episode were she is holding an vase and floating is.... weird and disrespectful to the real enslaved black people!
My mum looked better in a dress like that.
I hate the color pink
The most beautiful woman to walk the Earth.
