I saw them twice in new orleans with Frank, I even met them and spoke to them. Great memories, great band!
Lol - I'm in the fez on the far side of the stage (basically in front of the security). What a great day that was - amazing ska-punk with VGS, a reunion of the Amazing Royal Crowns, and the Bosstones (met Dickie that day) - the next day, I was in England to catch Madness. Thanks for recording this!

@@thecheech63 Steve Reese is my friend he plays drums for the Generators, and fills in for other bands from time to time. He will be touring with Voodoo next few months.

I don’t know about the frontman he’s great but another style, i think there are better replacents for frank, just saying
you are 100% right. there is something so specific and peculiar about that like, talk-singing rap with the little bit of spanish Riverside accent that is just like, such an unreplicatable thing. I'm not sure Frank was doing was even technically that hard, but it was so unique that It's hard to get up there and try to sing after that. Unless you were like, Eddie and Frank and Jorge's younger brother or something, i have no idea how you'd even come close.
@@evanparker Frank had a great flow he was right on top of the beat, which is especially noticable on the faster songs. Efram has a slower vocal style more of a 4 beat phrasing style. He does a great job as a showman, but Franks vocals on these songs are superior. A little more bass and reverb in the vocal mix would help him a bit.

They need to change their name if they are going with a new guy. This new guys voice isn't deep. At least Danzig was able to do the newer Misfit songs pretty good.

Yup. About a year and half ago, Frank quit (or was thrown out). They got Ephraim from Death By Stereo to take over and he's been the vocalist ever since.

I think he's better, Frank was great but very one note. This guy can sing and scream.
