- The man who shot and killed five people and injured a teenager in a series of shootings Monday night completed domestic violence counseling earlier this month and threatened to kill a woman last year, the 8 News Now Investigators have learned.
Dude had been arrested 49 times prior, and almost all of them for violent behavior! WTF is wrong with our court system?

There are grounds to sue the landlord and owner of the complex. Due diligence on the front end was a proper background check excluding him from residency.
