+Dashie Plushie He has a habit of that sometimes, which is confusing. He'd talk about something passionately and he'd give it a score just shy of the perfect score, yet he talks a film and he'd give a negative or two comment and he'd give it a perfect one. Which can be confusing to his viewers sometimes, and can give the impression he isn't as genuine about the score or the film, a lack of follow through in a way. Hopefully Chris will be more consistent with his top reviews and scores.

Noob Of All Trades Some things just don't reach that A+ level for him. I'm the same way. I loved The Godfather. Don't really have any significant flaws with it. But I still gave it a 9/10 instead of a 10. There's just something missing in it, and I don't know what. For me a movie has to feel like it's a 10/10 for me to give it that. Probably explains why I've only ever given 44 10/10s. It's best not to give out too many 10/10s cuz then it'll look like you have really low standards. That's why YMS is one of my favorite movie reviewers.

There is a moment about 30 minutes in that shook the entire theater. 5 seconds on screen caused the audience to gasp and cover their mouths. I heard a woman say "oh my god" in complete shock. It was brutally real, and hard to sit through at times because of how real it got. A great movie that I don't know if I can sit through again.

Yeah the information discussed in the film and the text just before the end credits is accurate. I grew up in New Mexico, near Albuquerque, and there were three tribal reservations nearby that I knew of. My dad told me one time that a couple of friends he'd made who were in law enforcement in the area said women and girls on reservations were among the most victimized people in the world, they said they kept trying to get federal attention on the stuff that goes on in the reservations, but nobody cares. Great review Chris, I saw Wind River this weekend. The acting from the entire cast was very good. Due to the beautiful cinematography and wide shots the director made you feel like you were in brutally cold, vas environment. I was also mesmerized by the thought provoking ending and without noticing stayed in seat, while the credits rolled. Support this movie, it's an original movie done right.

This film gave me a similar feeling to how Prisoners with Hugh Jackman made me feel. Just an extremely eerie and depressing atmosphere but a phenomenal script and plot, its a movie you forget your watching, you are so immersed in the stories and characters you forget its a movie. Last 20 mins blew my mind.

I've always been fascinated by Native American culture. I just wish we could see them in more movies, and not just in ones that talk about their oppression. I'm actually writing a story about a Native American superhero who gains fire powers and decides to take on the identity of his tribe's guardian spirit.

I went crazy over this film, had no idea about it and went into it basically blind and OH MY GOD!!!! and exactly the same as it ha[ppened to Chris Stuckerman, the text at the end text floored me SO MUCH... despite how hard the entire film is, it's the text that shattered me and filled my eyes with tears and as him, I stayed looking at the credits without doing much of anything else and the usher came in to clean... Literally, the exact same thing happened to me. GREAT FILM!!!

Gun used in the movie was a Marlin model 1895, firing a 45 out of a bullet cartridge the size of your middle finger, the 45-70 round.
Not the most accurate (still very very accurate) but believe me when I say those bullets punch harder than most sniper rounds including the 30-06 and. 308
It hits like a damn cannon and the shootout towards the end reminds us all, we need a Marlin. Such a beautiful lethal repeater and his is a special colorway that looks incredible.

The FBI agent in a movie is a symbol of dead girl. She's young, naive and she needed help. And Jeremy Renner was a symbol of a perfect father, showing up and saving her at the last moment and knowing everything. Also an FBI agent had the same looking panties as a dead girl.
