Not hating, but for clarity Tour Tahiti Nui is not a “UCI race”. The lowest UCI category for a stage race is a 2.2, Tahiti is not of this categorisation. That categorisation means it would come under all the minimum UCI requirements (entry only open to teams, specific road closure rules, UCI points available, etc)
Aw for sure. I didn’t mean “UCI race” in that sense and that is totally my mistake. I meant a race that you needed a UCI international license. Something that was new for me. My mistake.
That’s amazing! Haha you probably shouldn’t do what I do cause im learning too but I’m going to try to bring people who know lots about racing on soon to help commentary!
keep putting out the videos, like racing, with experience comes proficiency. Two suggestions. drop decimal points on speed and cadence. Have some metric numbers. A mile is as relevant as a stone is to most of the world.Tahiti ain't using miles. keep smiling and rubberside down 👍
Yeah haha I realize that now. Def need to work on that. Thanks to all the help from the comments though I think I got it dialed in in our race yesterday!
1. Keeps on chasing the wheel of the one chasing your team mate and dragging the whole peloton with you. It's the same as chasing your team mate. 2. During that sprint there is a team behind you and you prefer to. Lead them out? Damn.. I can hear what Jeff is saying if you both are still... So many energy wasted in here that could've been used for that sprint. Nice power though. Congrats for the 2nd.
I can hear the confidence in your vision getting higher and higher bro. You’ve become quite the student. Keep learning keep crushing
Awesome finish! Great strategy planning and execution.
The WATT bomb in the end was frickin NUTS WTFFF
Its so cool to see and feel the progression you’ve made already

It’s so fun!
Great to see the race footage! I'm a new racer and like to hear your perspective and try to learn from your experiences.

That was an AWESOME race!
Thank you!
3:45 you honestly didnt need to chase, teammate was up the road so let others chase them back.

Why close the gap after the start? Don’t chase your teammate right?
this is an absurd course
It’s fun!

To be honest your timing was off. Several times, you helpt chase your teammate.
